In a production system for vapor-grown carbon nanofibers includes a static mixer and a micro mist nozzle for preventing un-uniform input material from forming impurities, an anti-adhering coating covering an inner wall of a vertical tubular reactor for preventing a catalyst, raw material and carbon fibers from adhering to the inner wall of the vertical tubular reactor, and a sedimentation device into which a dispersant and water are inputted to separate produced carbon fiber compositions from particulate impurities in water.

Production system for vapor-grown carbon nanofibers

A method for forming a vapor-grown graphite fibers (VGGF) composition and a VGGF composition formed by the method are provided. In this method, a transition metal compound catalyst and three organic co-catalysts are mixed with a hydrocarbon compound, and then are delivered into a tubular reactor and pyrolized and graphitized to produce the VGGF composition. The VGGF composition includes a carbon ingredient containing a carbon content of at least 99.9 wt %. The carbon ingredient has a graphitization degree of at least 75%, and the carbon ingredient includes non-fibrous carbon and fibrous VGGF, wherein an area ratio of the non-fibrous carbon to the fibrous VGGF is about equal to or smaller than 5%. The fibrous VGGF include graphite fibers having a 3-D linkage structure, wherein the content of the graphite fibers having the 3-D linkage structure in the fibrous VGGF is about between 5 area % and 50 area %.

Method for forming vapor grown graphite fibers composition and mixture formed by the same and applications thereof

A method for rapid prototyping by using linear light as sources employs DLP (Radiation Hardening Formation) or LCD, together with the portable devices and linear light source to treat the raw material in two stages. The first stage is to spread the raw material to a selected zone by nozzles or rollers and illuminating the material to let the material being processed and have physical o mechanical changes. The second stage is to use more powerful linear light source with the cooperation of the portable DMD (Digital Micromirror Device) or LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) to illuminate the material to make it have a second times of physical o mechanical changes. By the piling up the layers of the material, a complete 3-D work piece is obtained.

Method for rapid prototyping by using linear light as sources

A method for rapid prototyping by using plane light as sources treats the raw material by two stages. The first stage includes a step of spreading raw material onto a defined zone by nozzles and rolling the material to have a flat surface and a step of illuminating the raw materials by plane light and electronic beams to cause a first time of physical or chemical changes. The second stage includes a step of using more powerful plane light source with cooperation with portable Digital Micromirror Device (DMD) or Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) to scan the selected zones of the material to cause a second time of physical or chemical changes, and a step of stacking the 2-D images so as to obtain a solid work piece.

The present invention discloses an active-hydrogen-containing curing agent having a phosphorus group, and a flame retardant cured epoxy resin which can be prepared via an addition reaction between the active hydrogen and the epoxide group of an epoxy resin. The cured flame retardant epoxy resin is environmentally friendly and is suitable for printed circuit board and semiconductor encapsulation applications. The present invention discloses an active-hydrogen-containing phosphorus compound for cross-linking a resin and for imparting flame-retardancy to the cured resin, and in particular to a cured frame-retardant epoxy resin prepared by reacting the hardener with a di- or poly-functional epoxy resin via an addition reaction between the active hydrogen and the epoxide group. A flame-retardant epoxy resin was prepared by reacting an active-hydrogen-containing phosphorus compound with a di- or poly-functional epoxy resin via an addition reaction between the active hydrogen and the epoxide group, is suitable for printed circuit board and semiconductor encapsulation applications. The invention relates to a process of producing polybutylene terephthalate by direct esterification and then melt polycondensation, characterized in that a specific catalyst composition is used, said catalyst composition comprising an organotitanium compound as primary catalyst in an amount of 0.01 to 1.0% by weight of terephthalic acid; and an alkaline metal salt of borate, pyroborate or metaborate as secondary catalyst in an amount of 0.001 to 1.0% by weight of terephthalic acid. The invention relates to a Bismaleimide-Triazine resin (BT resin ) and production method thereof and in particular, a series of novel BT resin prepared by reacting a novel bismaleimide with various aromatic cyanate esters.
