A biosensing chip is provided, including a substrate having a photoelectric conversion material, and an electrode disposed on the substrate and including two contact portions and an electrode pattern, wherein the photoelectric conversion material is a monocrystalline silicon material, and the electrode pattern includes micro-electrodes in the form of interdigitated sawtooth. The biosensing chip and the method using the same may distinguish a lesion site of cancer cells and the degree of cancer lesions.

A scrap removal device for a laser processing device includes a gas deflector having an optical channel; a looped gas channel; and a looped gas outlet. The looped gas outlet is connected to the looped gas channel, the optical channel is configured for a laser beam to transmit through, the looped gas channel surrounds the optical channel, and a section of the looped gas channel close to the looped gas outlet is inclined. The scrap removal device further includes a gas source furnished on the gas deflector and in communication with the looped gas channel for providing a gas flow to flow into the looped gas channel. The gas flow is joined with the laser beam transmitting along a looped processing path when flowing out of the gas deflector through the looped gas channel and the looped gas outlet.

An image analysis system for determining cancerous cells includes an acquisition module, an image capturing module and a multi-spectral image reproduction module. A method for determining cancerous cells includes a spectral database establishing procedure of cancerous cells and a cell determining procedure of multi-spectral image reproduction. The spectral database establishing procedure includes a penetration spectrum analysis step and a database establishing step. The cell determining procedure is based on the cancerous spectrum database and includes an image capturing step, a cell location contouring step, a penetration spectrum analyzing step, a classifying step, a color gaining step, an image reproduction step and a cell determining step.
