A safety device of a nail gun has a pressing module with a pressing member and a connecting member; a pneumatic module having a vent valve and a vent tube; a clamp linkage assembly having a base, a clamp seat and a pneumatic cylinder; and a trigger module with an abutting member having abutting and pushing sections; a trigger having a passage; and a safety member; the vent valve has a body and a valve rod with one end extending into the body, another end connected to the connecting member; the clamp seat is pivotally disposed on the base and has a clamping section and an abutted section; the pneumatic cylinder has an air intake part connected to the vent tube; and a push rod provided for driving the clamp seat to pivot; the safety member is pivotally disposed on the trigger and corresponds to the passage.

Safety device of nail gun

An empty-firing prevention safety device for a nail gun includes: a gun body including an actuating space and a nail groove; a trigger, capable of being pressed, located in the actuating space; and a connecting rod pivoted to the gun body and capable of being moved between an actuating position and a locking position, and including: a sensing portion located in or away from the nail groove, and a limit portion located in the actuating space and facing the abutting portion, when the connecting rod is in the actuating position, the sensing portion moves out of the nail groove, the limit portion is misaligned with the abutting portion, allowing the trigger to be pressed, when the connecting rod is in the locking position, the sensing portion is located in the nail groove, and the limit portion is aligned with the abutting portion, so that the trigger cannot be pressed.

Empty-firing prevention safety device for a nail gun

A collaborative-robot control system is provided in the invention. The collaborative-robot control system includes a plurality of test machines, a plurality of collaborative robots, a first control system and a second control system. The plurality of test machines are configured in a plurality of paths. When the second control system assigns a first collaborative robot of the plurality of collaborative robots in a waiting area to a first test machine in a first path of the plurality of paths and the first collaborative robot is being blocked by a second collaborative robot of the plurality of collaborative robots in the first path, the second control system generates a push-forward command and transmits the push-forward command to the first control system. The first control system sends the push-forward command to the second collaborative robot to order the second collaborative robot to leave the first path first.

Collaborative robot control system and method

A truck bucket door has a door panel and at least one warning device. The least one warning device is mounted on the door panel, and each one of the at least one warning device has a casing, a circuit board, a detecting switch, and at least one illuminating device. The casing is translucent and is securely mounted on the door panel. The circuit board is held in the casing. The detecting switch is mounted on the circuit board and has a capability of detecting a movement of the door panel. The at least one illuminating element is mounted on the circuit board and is electrically connected with the detecting switch.

A panel structure includes a substrate, a decoration layer and a conductive component. The decoration layer is located in a first region and the rest region is a second region. The decoration layer includes a middle portion and a first edge protruding portion located between the middle portion and the second region and thinner than the middle portion. Each the conductive component extends in a first direction towards the first region from the second region and crosses the first edge protruding portion followed by extending in a second direction on the middle portion of the decoration layer, the first direction intersects the second direction, each the conductive component on the first edge protruding portion has a first width, each the conductive component on the middle portion extends in the second direction and has a second width less than the first width.

Panel structure

A panel including a substrate, a plurality of wirings and a protection stacked layer is provided. The substrate has a device area, a bonding area and a wiring area connected between the device area and the bonding area. The wirings extend from the device area to the bonding area through the wiring area. The protection stacked layer extends from a side of the wiring area adjacent to the device area towards a side of the bonding area and is located on the wirings.

Panel

An auxiliary handle of a pneumatic tool includes a gripping member, a tube, a first urging member, a pole, a second urging member and a lever. The auxiliary handle makes the user to hold the pneumatic tool with both hands. The lever is pivoted on the gripping member to be pressed to move the pole, and consequently, gas flows in the auxiliary handle are changed. As a result, the pneumatic tool will not take any action if the user only pulls a trigger of the pneumatic tool without pressing the lever.

A nail gun structure includes a gun body, a clamp set and a pneumatic driving set. The gun body has a trigger for shooting a nail. The clamp set is assembled with the gun body. The clamp set has a driven base and a clamp base. The clamp base pivots relative to the driven base. A stacked board is positioned on the clamp base. The pneumatic driving set is disposed between the gun body and the clamp set. The pneumatic driving set communicates with an air pressure source. The trigger moves along with the pneumatic driving set. Under this arrangement, when a user pulls the trigger, the pneumatic driving set drives the clamp base to pivot, so that the stacked boards are clamped between the clamp base and the driven base; thereafter, the nail is shot and nailed on the stacked board.

Nail gun structure

A magnetically controlled warning lamp has a light module and a circuit board mounted in the body. The circuit board has a magnetic device, a control module and a power module. The power module provides the control module and the light module with a working voltage. The magnetic device is activated to generate a trigger signal by a magnetic field. The control module changes the operation mode for the light module based on the trigger signal. A user can use a magnet to activate the magnetic device to easily change the operation mode for the light module instead of disassembling the warning lamp.

A touch panel and a method of fabricating the same and touch-sensing display device are provided. The touch panel includes a cover plate, a touch sensing element, and an atomic layer-deposited (ALD) film. The cover plate has a top surface, a bottom surface, and a side surface. The top surface opposites to the bottom surface and the side surface connects the upper surface with the bottom surface. The touch sensing element is disposed on the bottom surface of the cover plate. The ALD layer completely covers the touch sensing element and completely covers the top surface, the side surface, and a portion of the bottom surface uncovered by the touch sensing element.

Touch panel and method of fabricating the same, and touch-sensing display device

A valve assembly includes a rotary nut unit having a threaded wall portion, a first wall portion near the threaded wall portion and defining a first shoulder, a second wall portion below the first wall portion and defining a second shoulder. A valve stem is disposed within the nut unit, has a lower portion projecting axially and outwardly from the lower end of the nut unit and an upper portion received in the second shoulder. The stem has an axial hole in spatial communication with an axial hole in the nut unit. The upper portion has a head part formed with first and second outward flanges defining a ring-reception recess therebetween. A leak-proof ring is sleeved around the ring-reception recess in the head part to abut hermetically against the second wall portion, thereby providing an air-proof effect between the leak-proof ring and the second wall portion.

Inflating valve assembly

A warning lamp has a base, a luminous module, a lampshade, and a reflector. The luminous module is mounted in the base and is located in a center segment of the base. The lampshade is combined with the base and has a lucent portion that is formed on a sidewall of the lampshade. The reflector is mounted in the lampshade and has a cone portion protruding toward the luminous module, a first surface facing the lucent portion, and a reflective portion formed on the first surface. The light emitted from the luminous module irradiates the reflective portion. The reflective portion reflects the light emitted from the luminous module to pass through the lucent portion. Accordingly, the warning lamp has a luminous effect in a circular form.

Warning lamp

A high-pressure inflation pump includes a head, a nozzle, a piercing member, and a resilient member. The head includes a compartment, a passageway, and a threaded section. The piercing member includes a base, a piercing portion, and an air guiding hole. The piercing portion includes an annular abutting shoulder for pressing against an end face of a threaded end of a high-pressure gas container engaged with the threaded section of the head, providing an airtight state. The resilient member includes a support end, a pressing end, and a chamber. The piercing member is received and positioned in the chamber without blocking flow of gas in the high-pressure gas container into the air guiding hole, allowing rapid inflation of a tire engaged with the nozzle and allowing the high-pressure gas container to be used many times to save resources.

High-pressure inflation pump

An inflation nozzle includes a first part having a first threaded passage defined centrally therethrough and a connection ring is threadedly connected to a first end of the first part. An insertion is formed on a second end of the first part and is engaged with a first chamber of a central member which is received in a second part. The central member is connected with a tire pump. The first passage is sized to be connected with a French valve and the connection ring is sized to be connected with an American valve.

Inflation nozzle capable of connecting with two types of tire valves

An inflation device includes a central tube, a first mounting unit mounted onto an outside of a reception end of the central tube and a second unit connected to a connection portion on the other end of the central tube. The first mounting unit includes a first casing and an end cap, and the reception end includes a valve mouth and a core tube received therein. The second mounting unit includes inner threads that are connected with the connection portion. A groove is defined in the second mounting unit and an O-ring is engaged with the groove. The first and second mounting units can be connected with an American style tire valve and a French style tire valve, respectively. The first and second mounting units each have outer threads with the same diameter so as to be connected with a tire pump.
