A linker-drug represented by formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof is provided. In formula (I), C is a conjugator, L is a linker unit, D is a toxin unit, and n is an integer ranging from 1 to 4. The structure of the conjugator is represented by formula (II). In formula (II), X is a leaving group, each of Rand Ris independently a single bond or &#x2014;NH&#x2014;, and Z is substituted aryl, heteroaryl, linear alkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, or a combination thereof. The antibody is conjugated to the linker unit through a cysteine residue of the antibody. An antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) employing the above linker-drug is also provided.

An antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof is provided. In formula (I), p is an integer ranging from 1 to 26, A is an antibody, and -(L-D) is a linker-drug unit. L is a linker unit having a glycopeptide, and D is a drug unit. Antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and method for forming the same

The disclosure provides a biomedical composition, including: a hyaluronic acid; a modified histidine; and a polymer or C-Calkane, wherein the modified histidine and the polymer or C-Calkane are grafted to at least one primary hydroxyl group of the hyaluronic acid to allow the hyaluronic acid to form a hyaluronic acid derivative, wherein a graft ratio of the modified histidine is about 1-100%, and a graft ratio of the polymer or C-Calkane is about 0-40%.
