A horizontal-axis sewing thread output structure for use in a textile sewing machine includes a stator portion, a rotor portion, and a fixing portion. The stator portion is provided with a stator shaft that extends horizontally. The rotor portion is provided with a rotating member that can be rotated about an axis defined by the stator shaft and on which a sewing thread bobbin can be mounted. The fixing portion is configured to fix the sewing thread bobbin on the rotating member horizontally so that when outputting a sewing thread, the sewing thread bobbin can rotate naturally via the rotating member about the axis defined by the stator shaft, preventing the output sewing thread from being twisted. This helps reduce the instability factors of the manufacturing process of a sewn product and can lower the defect rate, and extend the service life, of the products manufactured.

An insulation bobbin includes a winding portion, an outer stopper portion and an inner stopper portion. The winding portion includes a body and two sidewalls respectively and perpendicularly connected to two first sides of the body. A length of a first side edge of each of the sidewalls is greater than a length of a second side edge, and a connecting edge of each of the sidewalls connects a first bottom edge and the second side edge. The outer stopper portion connects one of the second sides of the body and the first side edge of each of the sidewalls. The inner stopper portion connects the other one of the second sides of the body and the second side edge of each of the sidewalls. There is a height difference between the first bottom edge of each of the sidewalls and a second bottom edge of the inner stopper portion.

The servo motor includes a casing, a stator, a rotor and a circuit board. The casing has a hollow body, a first bearing and a second bearing. The hollow body is mounted between the first bearing and the second bearing. The stator is disposed inside the hollow body, and surrounds an axial hollow portion. The rotor is disposed inside the stator. A shaft passes through the rotor in an axial direction, and two ends of the shaft are respectively mounted on the first bearing and the second bearing. The circuit board is disposed inside the hollow body and interposed between the stator and the first bearing, the periphery of the circuit board has a plurality of solder pads electrically connected to the stator. An outer surface of the circuit board has a protection layer, which covers the region of the solder pads near the outer edge of the periphery.

A circuit board structure includes a first circuit board, a second circuit board and a plurality of first connection portions. The first circuit board has a first opening, and the second circuit board is disposed inside the first opening of the first circuit board. The first circuit board and the second circuit board are electrically independent from each other. The skirt member includes a base plate outwardly extending from the coupling end, a wall upwardly extending from peripheral portions of the base plate, and a groove defined between the wall and the body. The operation member is configured to associate with the electronic device, and the operation member with the body and the skirt is completely separated from the casing.

An operation member includes a body having an operating end and a coupling end, and a skirt member. The skirt member is arranged at the coupling end. The skirt member includes a base plate outwardly extending from the coupling end, a wall extending from the base plate, and a groove defined between the outer surface of the wall and the body. The electronic device includes a casing, an operation member, and a circuit module. The casing has portions defining an opening. The circuit module has a circuit board including a controller disposed thereon. The above-mentioned operation member is sleeved onto the controller and passes through the opening. The outer surface of the operation member and the opening define a gap therebetween. The groove is correspondingly arranged proximate to the gap to gather small particles entering the gap.

A mounting mechanism for gripping DIN rail comprises: a main body and a latching body. The main body includes a first mounting portion having a stopper member and at least one first retaining unit, and a second mounting portion. The latching portion is movably disposed in the first mounting portion and includes at least one resilient portion and at least one second retaining unit. When one end of the latching body protrudes into the second mounting portion, the range of movement of the latching body spans from a position wherein the resilient portion abuts the stopper member to a position in wherein the second retaining unit abuts the first retaining unit. The main body is movably latched onto the DIN rail through the second mounting portion, and is fixed to a position on the DIN rail through one end of the latching body protruding into the second mounting portion.

Mounting mechanism

A heat-dissipating module including a fan holding structure and a fan is disclosed. The fan holding structure includes: a carrying body, at least one resilient clamping member, at least one resilient engaging member, and a plurality of resilient fixing members. The at least one resilient clamping member and the resilient fixing members are arranged on the carrying body. An electronic device includes an opening and at least one engaging member. The resilient engaging member corresponds to the engaging member, so that the heat-dissipating module with the fan holding structure is detachably arranged at the opening. The fan of the heat-dissipating module can be quickly and effectively detached and attached through the at least one resilient clamping member and the resilient fixing members.

The present invention provides an optical disc drive and a damper positioning structure thereof. The optical disc drive includes a top cover, a traverse, and a chassis, and the damper positioning structure comprising: a bent element provided on the top cover and having an extension portion and a fixing portion, wherein the fixing portion has a through hole; a positioning pillar provided on the chassis; and a damper for supporting and securing the traverse on the chassis, wherein the damper has a positioning hole through which the positioning pillar is insertable; wherein, when the top cover is assembled to the chassis, the positioning pillar passes through the through hole of the fixing portion, and the fixing portion presses against the damper.
