A stator structure includes a main body. The main body has multiple poles. The poles outward extend from the main body. Each pole has a free end. An end face of the free end of the pole has an extension section normal to the main body. The extension section has multiple protrusion blocks. Each two adjacent protrusion blocks define therebetween a recess. The stator structure is able to greatly enhance the operation efficiency of the motor and lower manufacturing cost.

Stator structure

A fan hub balancing structure includes a hub main body. The hub main body has a top section, a circumferential section extending from the circumference of the top section and a lip section. The lip section is connected with the lower end of the circumferential section. The lip section has at least one residual weight section on the lip section. After the residual weight section is removed from the lip section, a balancing section is formed on the lip section. The balancing structure is able to provide a balancing effect for the hub main body and facilitate the processing of the hub main body.

Fan hub balancing structure

A motor waterproof structure includes a stator assembly, a casing and a cover body. The casing has a receiving space formed with an open side. A circuit board is disposed in the receiving space. The cover body is disposed on the open side of the receiving space to cover the circuit board. The motor waterproof structure serves to effectively protect the circuit board from being short-circuited and burned out in a humid environment.

Motor waterproof structure

A fan motor set locating structure includes a base seat and a motor set. The base seat has a bearing cup. At least one locating notch is formed on a top section of the bearing cup. A bearing is disposed in the bearing cup. The motor set includes an insulation support. One side of the insulation support is formed with a sleeve. The sleeve is capped on the bearing cup. The sleeve has at least one protrusion section protruding from the sleeve to the bearing cup corresponding to the locating notch. The protrusion section is engaged in the locating notch in abutment with the bearing. Accordingly, the motor set can be quickly fixedly assembled with the bearing cup to fix the bearing. Therefore, the number of the components is decreased and the assembling process is speeded.

Fan motor set locating structure

A motor device capable of reducing cogging torque includes a stator assembly and a rotor assembly, which is movably disposed in the stator assembly. The rotor assembly provides a magnetic component. The stator assembly further includes an insulation frame part, a set of silicone steel sheets and a coil winding the insulation frame. A plurality of circular strip members are disposed at the circumferential side of the bottom of the stator assembly in a way of the respective circular strip member has an end thereof being attached to the bottom of the insulation frame part and another end thereof extending circumferentially to the sector shaped space. Further, the circular strip members space apart from each other without contacting the silicone steel sheets.

Motpor device capable of reducing cogging torque

A stator device in a motor includes a magnetism guiding part, a magnetizing part, a coil seat, a circuit board and a support part. The magnetism guiding part has a split opening straightly extending along the length thereof and a projection is provided at a specific spot of the circumferential edges of the central through holes of the magnetizing part, the coil seat and the circuit board respectively to engage with the split opening. A stem extends upward from the support part to fit with the inner wall surface of the magnetism guiding part.
