An image capture apparatus includes an imaging unit and a light receiving device is provided. The imaging unit includes an electrode, a light emitting layer disposed on the electrode and a first dielectric layer disposed on the light emitting layer. At least one portion of an object is in contact with a portion of the first dielectric layer so that the light emitting layer emits an image light beam correspond to the portion of the first dielectric layer. The light receiving device is disposed on a transmission path of the image light beam.

Image capture apparatus

A fingerprint identification device including a light source, a processor, and a light receiver is provided. The light source emits a light beam to an object. The light receiver captures an object image of the object in a time interval. The processor analyzes the object image to obtain a fingerprint image, and performs a fingerprint identification operation on the fingerprint image to obtain a fingerprint identification result. The processor further analyzes the object image to obtain pixel change data of the object image in the time interval, and determines whether the fingerprint image is verified according to the fingerprint identification result and the pixel change data. A fingerprint identification method is also provided.

Fingerprint identification device and fingerprint identification method

This invention disclosures a fingerprint identification apparatus and biometric signals sensing method using the same. The fingerprint identification apparatus comprises: a photoelectric sensor, a light module and an identification unit in which the photoelectric sensor with a fingerprint sensing face is to transform light intensity signals into electronic signals; the light module is to produce test light; the identification unit is electrically connected with the photoelectric sensor, wherein, there are different sensing modes with corresponding actions; in the first sensing mode, the identification unit senses a fingerprint image by the photoelectric sensor; in the second mode, the identification unit senses a spectrum by the photoelectric sensor to determine the blood glucose information. Therefore, this fingerprint identification apparatus can detect the fingerprint and blood glucose at the same time.

Fingerprint identification apparatus and biometric signals sensing method using the same

A fingerprint identification method is provided. The fingerprint identification method includes following steps: obtaining an object image and storing a plurality of pixel data of the object image in a first color model format, where the pixel data include a plurality of first pixel values; converting the pixel data into a second color model format and obtaining a plurality of second pixel values based on the converted pixel data and a first gain value; calculating a plurality of third pixel values based on the first pixel values and the second pixel values; calculating a first standard deviation based on the third pixel values; and determining whether the first standard deviation being greater than a first preset threshold value, if the first standard deviation being greater than the first preset threshold value, recognizing the object image as a fingerprint image of a true finger.

Fingerprint identification method and fingerprint identification device

The present disclosure provides a light homogenizing device and a biometric identifying device. The light homogenizing device includes a light homogenizing member and light-emitting units. The light homogenizing member includes a hole and protrusion structures. The protrusion structures are disposed on a first surface of the light homogenizing member and surrounding an outside of the hole. A circular inclined-plane is disposed between the hole and the protrusion structures and connected to the hole. The light-emitting units are disposed opposite to the first surface, and each light-emitting units transmits a light to one of the protrusion structures. The protrusion structures homogenize the light and outwardly transmit the homogenized light through a second surface of the light homogenizing member.

Light homogenizing device and biometric identifying device

A fingerprint identification method is provided. The method includes steps as follows: having a finger press on a photoelectronic sensor module; respectively emitting an invisible light beam reflected to a photoelectronic sensor module after passing through the finger and a visible light beam reflected to the photoelectronic sensor module via a surface of the finger; generating, by the photoelectronic sensor module, photocurrent signals based on the visible light beam and the invisible light beam; respectively generating, by an analog/digital converter module, a first digital signal and a second digital signal based on the photocurrent signals; and outputting, by a processor module, the first digital signal as a gray-scale fingerprint image and a second digital signal as a colored fingerprint image. The invention also provides a fingerprint identification device performing the fingerprint identification method.

Fingerprint identification method and device thereof

A photon-drive fingerprint identification module configured to detect a fingerprint of a finger is provided, and the photon-drive fingerprint identification module includes at least a light emitting unit and a light detecting semiconductor array. The light emitting unit is configured to emit a detecting light to the finger, and the finger and the fingerprint reflect the detecting light and turn it into a signal light. The light detecting semiconductor array includes a plurality of light detecting semiconductor units arranged in an array, and the light detecting semiconductor units are configured to receive the signal light reflected by the finger and generate a plurality of electrical signals. Each of the light detecting semiconductor units sequentially includes an antireflection structure, a first type doped semiconductor layer and a second type doped semiconductor layer. The first type doped semiconductor layer is stacked between the antireflection structure and the second type doped semiconductor layer.

Photon-drive fingerprint identification module

A fingerprint identification method capable of simultaneously identifying fingerprint image and oxygen saturation is provided. The method may include allowing for a finger to be placed on a light reception surface of a photoelectron sensor module, enabling emission of an invisible light and a visible light, receiving light intensity signals corresponding to the invisible light penetrated into the finger and then reflected by the finger and the visible light reflected from the finger using the photoelectron sensor module, converting the light intensity signals to photocurrent signals by the photoelectron sensor module, converting the photocurrent signals to a corresponding first digital signal and a second digital signal by an analog/digital converting module, and outputting a fingerprint image corresponding to the first digital signal and a finger oxygen saturation image corresponding to the second digital signal by the processor module.

Fingerprint identification apparatus and method capable of simultaneously identifying fingerprint and oxygen saturation

A method capable of determining fingerprint authenticity is disclosed. The method includes capturing a fingerprint image, performing an analysis program when executed analyzing the fingerprint image using a first color model to obtain a first chromaticity coordinate corresponding to the fingerprint image, performing a conversion program when executed converting the first chromaticity coordinate into a second chromaticity coordinate, performing a verification program when executed determining whether the second chromaticity coordinate satisfies a second predetermined skin color threshold, when the second chromaticity coordinate satisfies the second predetermined skin color threshold confirming the fingerprint image is authentic, and concluding the fingerprint image is forged when the second chromaticity coordinate fails to satisfy the second predetermined skin color threshold.

Method for determining fingerprint authenticity and device for the same

A sectional image recognition method and a zonal recognition device are applied in a zonal fingerprint recognition device with small storage capacity. The method includes setting an image selection frame; capturing a corresponding fingerprint image block according to the image selection frame; executing a minutiae conversion program on the fingerprint image block to generate a minutiae block image corresponding to the fingerprint image block; repeating the foregoing steps until minutiae block image corresponding to all fingerprint image blocks are obtained; then executing an image stitching program on the corresponding minutiae block images according to acquisition sequence of the fingerprint image blocks for generating a minutiae image corresponding to the fingerprint image; executing a fingerprint recognition program on the minutiae image; and according to a recognition result acquired by the fingerprint recognition program, sending, by a zonal fingerprint recognition device, a corresponding response message to inform users of the recognition result.
