A feed detection apparatus of a 3D printer, comprising a gear, a measurement device, a support, and a compression assembly. The gear is provided on the support to abut against a filament material, and rotates along with a movement of the filament material. The measurement device is placed on the support to measure a rotating speed of the gear, and determines a feeding status of the filament material according to a measurement result. The compression assembly comprises a connection member and an abutment member; the connection member is provided between the support and the abutment member; the abutment member is used for regulating a pressure of the connecting member applied on the support so as to enable the gear to abut against the filament material.

An automatic leveling device of a 3D printer, and a 3D printer is provided. The automatic leveling device includes a photoelectric switch, an electromagnetic assembly and a probe assembly. The photoelectric switch is arranged in a housing and defines a photosensitive groove. The electromagnetic assembly is arranged in the housing and defines a sliding hole. The probe assembly is slidably engaged in the sliding hole, and an end of the probe assembly is engaged in the photosensitive groove. The electromagnetic assembly is capable of driving the probe assembly to make the end of the probe assembly move out of the photosensitive groove. The automatic leveling device has the advantages of simple structure, low manufacturing difficulty, low production cost, simple and stable leveling mode, high detection repetition accuracy and no complex circuit and software cooperation.

The disclosure relates to a 3D reconstruction method based on an on-site edge-cloud collaboration for a cultivated land. An edge-cloud collaborative computing architecture is used, such that the edge computing device performs advance calculations after image data is acquired. The edge computing device measures performances of itself and a cloud data center, and arranges and deploys multiple 3D reconstruction containers in the cloud data center for the 3D reconstruction. Multiple reconstruction containers in the cloud data center perform reconstruction tasks in parallel to quickly obtain 3D reconstruction results, and provide them to the edge computing device for retrieval and download. This method is mainly oriented to agricultural project monitoring scenes, to reduce reconstruction time and a data transmission amount of 3D models, in order to improve a response speed and a quality of 3D reconstruction results, for large-scale on-site monitoring, acceptance, and review purposes of agricultural projects.

The residual enzyme activities of the MTSase mutants S361R, S444E, S361R/S444E, S361K/S444E, G415P/S361R/S444E and G415P consistent with the present disclosure after treatment at 60&#xb0; C. for 10 min are respectively 70.3%, 50.1%, 83.5%, 65.9%, 100% and 80.7%, which are respectively 1.6, 1.1, 1.9, 1.5, 2.3 and 1.9 times of that of the wild type. The half-lives of the S361R/S444E and G415P/S361R/S444E at 60&#xb0; C. are respectively 14.9 min and 90.8 min which are respectively 3.2 and 19.7 times of that of the wild type, indicating that the thermal stability of the MTSase mutant consistent with the present disclosure is significantly improved than that of the wild type.
