An electric connector terminal configuration structure includes an insulating body, a terminal set disposed inside a base of the insulating body and including conductive terminals arranged in upper and lower rows, and a circuit board connected to terminal set and including a first contact set and a second ground set. The first contact set is electrically connected to the terminal set, to transmit differential pair signals, ground signals and non-differential pair signals. The second contact set is electrically connected to the first contact set and has the same signal transmission configuration as the first contact set, and in the second contact set, an interval of contacts for transmitting differential pair signals is lower than the interval of a contact for transmitting a ground signal and an adjacent contact for transmitting the differential pair signal, to solve the high frequency impedance matching problem, thereby matching the HDMI 2.1 specification.

Electric connector terminal configuration structure

An electrical connector with improved terminal structure includes an insulative housing, a terminal set including a terminal block mounted in insulative housing and conductive terminals mounted in terminal block with respective front contact endpieces and rear connection endpieces respectively extended out of the opposite front and rear sides of terminal block, and electrical wires respectively electrically connected to rear connection endpieces of conductive terminal. Front contact endpiece has a curved front contact point and a width gradually reduced from terminal block toward the front contact point so that attenuation of transmission noise is more obvious, improved and stable. Because the width of front contact endpiece is reduced, the spacing between front contact endpieces of each two adjacent conductive terminals is increased so that each two adjacent conductive terminals will not interfere with each other, avoiding noise and crosstalk during signal transmission and ensuring high-frequency signal transmission stability and reliability.

Electrical connector with improved terminal structure

The present discloses illustrates an electric connector. In the electric connector, an abutting part of an insulating body includes two arms extended from two rear sides thereof, and a terminal holder of a terminal set is assembled between the two arms, the terminal holder is be integrally formed with conductive terminals, and the contact parts of the conductive terminals insert into terminal slots of the abutting part, respectively; and, a circuit board is assembled in the concave space formed between the two arms, and the solder parts of the conductive terminals are electrically connected to the first contact set on the upper and lower surfaces of the circuit board. The design of the insulating body in cooperation with the terminal set having decreasing length, can significantly reduce the size of entire electric connector and almost half of the circuit board can be accommodated in the insulating body.

An electric connector includes an insulating body which includes terminal slots formed in an abutting chamber inside thereof, and the abutting part includes two arms extended from two opposite rear sides thereof in the same direction, and an accommodation space formed between the two arms; and, a terminal holder integrally formed with the conductive terminals of the terminal set is combined between the two arms, and each conductive terminal has a predetermined length, and includes a contact part inserted through the terminal slot and into the abutting chamber, a solder part disposed behind the contact part and exposed to the accommodation space, and a terminal arm with a given length formed between the contact part and the solder part. The length of the solder part is lower than the length of each arm. The solder parts can be electrically connected to an abutting side of a signal transmission part.

A composite optoelectronic HDMI cable having the advantages of low signal attenuation, long distance application, ease of installation and light weight is disclosed. Specifically, a fiber optic bundle unit is provided in the HDMI cable instead of the existing copper wire or alloy conductor, and the overall outer diameter is reduced by half and the weight is reduced by three quarters when compared to the copper wire or alloy conductor. It is very convenient for long-distance use or project laying.

Composite optoelectronic HDMI cable

The present invention relates to a signal transmission cable with HDMI connectors, and the signal transmission cable uses an optical fiber inside the cable to transmit optical signal. A first HDMI connector comprises a transmission terminal group for transmitting electric signal, and first and second electro-optic conversion modules and a first optical transmission fiber module which all are configured to transmit electric signal, convert electric signal into optical signal, and transmit optical signal to the cable. A second HDMI connector is connected to other end of the cable and comprises a second optical transmission fiber module, first and second photo-electric conversion modules which all are configured to receive the optical signal from the cable, and convert optical signal into electric signal, and a signal terminal group transmitting electric signal. Therefore, the signal transmission cable can provide function of converting and transmitting optical signal and electric signal in bi-direction.
