A method of preparing a block copolymer composition is provided. The method includes: adding an aromatic vinyl monomer and a compound represented by Chemical Formula 1 to a hydrocarbon-based solvent and performing stirring to prepare a first mixed solution; adding a polymerization initiator to the first mixed solution and performing polymerization to prepare a second mixed solution; adding a conjugated diene-based monomer to the second mixed solution and performing polymerization to prepare a third mixed solution; and adding a coupling agent to the third mixed solution to perform a coupling reaction, An asphalt composition including the block copolymer composition prepared therefrom, is also provided.

Provided is a block copolymer composition, and more particularly, a block copolymer composition including a diblock copolymer and a triblock copolymer. The diblock copolymer includes a first block containing a first conjugated diene-based monomer-derived repeating unit and a second block containing a first vinyl aromatic monomer-derived repeating unit, and a functional group derived from a modified initiator represented by the Chemical Formula 1 (see description of the invention) is included at one end of the diblock copolymer. Provided are an asphalt modifier comprising a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon-conjugated diene block copolymer of Formula 1 and an asphalt composition comprising the asphalt modifier.(A-B-C)-D&#x2003;&#x2003;[Formula 1] (where A, B, C, D, and n are the same as defined in the specification) The asphalt modifier comprising the vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon-conjugated diene block copolymer of Formula 1 may improve low-temperature and high-temperature physical properties when used in the asphalt composition, and since the asphalt modifier may also reduce dissolution time by increasing a dissolution rate, storage stability of the asphalt composition may be improved.
