A process operating system includes a process control platform, a process operation platform and an endpoint task robot. The process control platform is configured to receive operation information, extract a task from the operation information using a semantic analysis method, and publish the task. The process operation platform is configured to receive the task and store the task in a task queue. After receiving the task, the process operating platform defines a processing flow based on the task, and sorts the order of the task in the task queue. The endpoint task robot is configured to automatically obtain the task from the process operation platform, executes the task according to the processing flow. It then writes the execution result into the log queue and transmits the execution result to the process control platform.

A character recognition method includes the stages as detailed in the following paragraph. An image is received, wherein the image is one in a plurality of consecutive images. A target object in the image is detected. Object information of the target object is defined according to the area ratio of the target object occupied in the image. Character recognition on the target object is performed to obtain a recognition result. The weighting score of the recognition result is calculated according to the object information and the recognition result. The weighting score of the recognition result of the target object in the consecutive images is accumulated until the weighting score is higher than a preset value, and the recognition result is output.

The code disc set is disposed on a rotation end of the rotatable device. The bearing is disposed around the rotation end, and the bearing housing is disposed around the bearing. The main housing is connected with a first end of the bearing housing. The sensor is disposed on the main housing and corresponds to the disc wheel set, and there is an interval between the sensor and the code disc set. The elastic assembly is connected with a second end of the bearing housing and a fixing end of the rotatable device. Therefore, the interval between the sensor and the code disc set is maintained to be fixed, and the good position detection performance and stable signals are obtained.

A respective virtual machine is instantiated for service execution on each of the hardware resources. The controller receives a hosting request for a service from the electronic computing device via the communication device, allocates one of the hardware resources to execute the service according to the hosting request and determine a link for accessing the service from outside of the cloud server in response to the hosting request, tests whether the service is functional by accessing the service from the Internet according to the link via the communication device, and transfers the service to be executed by another one of the hardware resources when the service is dysfunctional.

A servo motor with large rotor inertia includes a casing, a stator, a rotor and an inertial disk. The casing includes a hollow chamber and axial stages at front side and rear side thereof. The stator is arranged in the chamber and includes a ring and a plurality of coils around the ring. A through hole is defined at the center of the ring. A rotation shaft of the rotor is fixed to the stage and a magnet body is capped to the rotation shaft, where the magnet body is arranged in the through hole. The inertial disk is fixed to the rotation shaft of the rotor. The rotational inertia of the rotor is increased by rotating the inertial disk when the rotor is rotated by magnetize the stator. Therefore, the inertial disks of various sizes can be fixed to the rotor for matching different load inertia.
