A terminal element, a motor winding structure and a manufacturing method are disclosed. The terminal element includes a fixing portion, a positioning portion and a buffering portion. The fixing portion is disposed at one end of the terminal element and has a serrate fixing pattern. The fixing portion is connected with a connecting position of the motor winding bobbin. The positioning portion is disposed adjacent to the fixing portion and urged against the motor winding structure for positioning the fixing portion while it is connected with the connecting position. The buffering portion has a first bending and a second bending, and the first bending is connected to positioning portion. The buffering portion absorbs the force applied to the terminal element.

Terminal element, motor winding structure and method for manufacturing motor winding structure

A guiding structure includes a base and a guiding unit. The base has an opening, and an inner wall of the base, facing the opening, is formed with at least one first guiding element and at least one first restricting element disposed adjacent to the first guiding element. The guiding unit is inserted into the opening and has at least one second guiding element and at least one second restricting element. The second guiding element is correspondingly coupled to or separated from the first restricting element by deforming, bending, rotating or displacing. The first guiding element is disposed corresponding to the second guiding element.

Motor and guiding structure thereof

A motor includes a first housing, a second housing, a rotor and a stator. The second housing is assembled with the first housing to form an accommodating space. The second housing has a flange adjacent to the connection between the first and second housings. The rotor has a shaft extended outwardly from the second housing and disposed in the accommodating space. The stator is disposed corresponding to the rotor and in the accommodating space. The flange has at least one protruding portion. When the second housing is assembled with the first housing, the protruding portion presses against the stator and is deformed so that the first and second housings are sealed.

Motor

A guide mechanism and the optical drive utilizing the same. The guide mechanism includes a guiding base, a first axial fixing member, a driver, and a rotary structure. The guiding base comprises a first opening and a second opening. The first axial fixing member is disposed at a side of the guiding base. The driver, disposed at an opposite side of the guiding base, comprises an opening and a second axial fixing member. The rotary structure is fixed between the first axial fixing member and the second axial fixing member, comprising a spindle and a magnetic structure. The spindle comprises an operating region and a connecting portion having a maximum outer diameter smaller than a minimum outer diameter of the operating region. The magnetic structure is attached to the connecting portion and disposed in the opening.

Guide mechanism and optical drive utilizing the same

A connector module and motor utilizing the same. The connector module electrically connects the motor and an external device and includes a printed wiring board and a plurality of pins. The printed wiring board comprises at least one circuit line, each of circuit lines has a first terminal and a second terminal opposite thereto. Each pin has a first end and a second end opposite thereto. The first terminals of the circuit lines are electrically connected to an input port of the motor. The second terminals of the circuit lines are electrically connected to the first ends of the pins separately, and the second ends of the pins are electrically connected to the external device.

Connector module and motor utilizing the same

The non-biasing guiding mechanism related to CD-R drives is used to drive a data access device to move along a particular direction and to access the data on a CD. The shaft of the non-biasing guiding mechanism is fixed by an axis-fixing member. The axis-fixing member has ring parts on the opposite ends and a receiver integrally formed with the ring part in a concentric way. The ring part is coiled by a coil and sets inside the drive, and the hole is used for positioning the shaft and sets outside the drive. Therefore, the biasing problem of the shaft can be solved by using the axis-fixing member.
