A dust collector including a body with an intake portion and an exhaust portion includes a filter, a filter support that supports the filter, a motor case protruding from an inner surface of the body, and a vibration motor accommodated in the motor case. The body accommodates the filter support. A portion on the tip side of the motor case is at a position where it is allowed to come into contact with the filter support when the vibration motor is driven.

Dust collector, vacuum cleaner, and self-propelled vacuum cleaner

In a dust collector, an intake side surface on the intake portion side of a filter expands in a first direction, and extends in a direction including at least a component of a second direction. The housing of the dust collector includes a wall that defines an intake passage. The intake passage extends from the intake portion side to the filter side. One end of the intake passage is linked to the outside of the housing via the intake portion. Another end of the intake passage opposes a top surface side region of the intake side surface of the filter in a third direction perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction. When viewed from the first direction, the top surface side region approaches the another end of the intake passage as it approaches the top surface side in the second direction.

The disclosure provides a control method of a moving body and a control system of a moving body, which allow a control part to calculate a fragment of a moving path between the moving body and a target according to position information of the moving body and the target, and transmit the fragment to the moving body. The above steps are repeatedly executed in sequence until the moving body reaches the target.

Suction unit

A proximity sensing apparatus is provided. The proximity sensing apparatus includes an encoded signal transmission unit, an interference signal transmission unit and a reception unit. The encoded signal transmission unit transmits an encoded signal, and the interference signal transmission unit transmits an interference signal. The interference signal interferes with the encoded signal to generate an interfered signal. The reception unit receives a sensing signal and outputs the sensing signal to a signal processing unit. The sensing signal is either the interfered signal or the encoded signal. The signal processing unit is electrically connected to the reception unit, and determines whether the sensing signal matches the encoded signal. The signal processing unit further outputs a proximity signal when the sensing signal does not match the encoded signal.

Proximity sensing method, proximity sensing apparatus and mobile platform using the same

A suction cleaner and an operation method thereof are provided. The suction cleaner includes a housing, a holding part, an impeller module, at least one sensing device, and a controller. An end of the housing has a dust-suction opening. The impeller module is located inside the housing, and a channel is located between the impeller module and the dust-suction opening. The controller is electrically connected to the sensing device to drive and adjust the rotation rate and the suction force of the impeller module, and thus the power consumption of the suction cleaner can be reduced.

An auxiliary apparatus for better vacuum cleaning effect, comprising: a first frame, formed with a first entrance and a first exit connected to the first entrance by a channel; a second frame, formed with a second entrance and a second exit, both arranged at positions between the first entrance and the first exit while being connected to the channel; and an energy harvester, wherein an airflow entering the first frame through the first entrance is split into a first airflow and a second airflow while enabling the first airflow to flow toward the first exit and the second airflow to flow into the second frame through the second entrance where it is guided toward the energy harvester for driving the same, and then the second airflow is guided to flow out of the second exit and enters the first frame for merging with the first airflow.

Auxiliary apparatus for better vacuuming effect

The present invention provides a suction cleaning module comprising: a first housing, a second housing, a third housing and a fan blower. The second housing, connected to the bottom of the first housing, has a shell section such that a suction channel is formed between the shell section and the first housing and has a dust collection space communicating with the suction channel. The third housing, respectively coupled to the first and second housing, has a filtered flow outlet. The fan blower connected to the third housing has a flow inlet and a flow inlet corresponding to the filtered flow outlet.

Suction cleaning module

A method for controlling a cleaning device is presented, which includes the following steps. A cleaning device includes a control unit, a fan module, an optical emitter, and an optical sensor. The optical emitter and the optical sensor are located in an air inlet of the fan module. The control unit is preset with a first impedance value (Z1), a second impedance value (Z2), and a threshold, where 0&#x3c;Z1&#x3c;Z2. Then, the control unit reads an impedance value (Z) of the fan module. If Z1&#x3c;Z&#x3c;Z2, the control unit drives the fan module. If Z2&#x3c;Z, the control unit reads a detected value of the optical sensor. If the detected value exceeds the threshold, the control unit drives the fan module, so as to increase a suction force of the fan module. If the detected value is smaller than the threshold, the control unit turns off the fan module.

Method for controlling cleaning device

A robotic vacuum cleaner is disclosed in the present invention, which comprises a controller, at least a driving wheel module, and a dust-collecting module. The controller is disposed on a housing plate. The driving wheel module, electrically connecting to the controller, further includes: a driver; a wheel connecting to the output shaft of the driver; a linkage rod, having two ends pivotally fixed on the housing plate and the driver respectively; and a resilience element, having two ends pivotally connected to the housing plate and the driver respectively. The dust-collecting module, disposed on the housing plate, is capable of vacuuming for filtering and collecting dust.

Robotic vacuum cleaner

A cleaning device with sweeping and vacuuming functions includes a body accommodating a sweep module and a vacuum module. A main brush and an auxiliary brush driven by a power unit are pivoted in the sweep module. The main brush partially extends outside an opening at a bottom of the sweep module and contacts a ground surface. The sweep module has an outlet adjacent to a top of the auxiliary brush, and is pivoted in the body to freely and pivotally swing under weight. A first chamber of a dust collector of the vacuum module has an inlet corresponding to the outlet, and trash removed by the sweep module is collected into the first chamber. An air inlet communicating with an air intake component is formed above a second chamber of the dust collector. A suction port is formed below the second chamber to draw dust into the second chamber.

Cleaning device with sweeping and vacuuming functions

An anomaly detection system and a method thereof are disclosed. The system comprises at least a light reflecting unit, a light-emitting unit, an image pick-up unit and a processing module. Each of the light reflecting unit is disposed on an object-to-be-detected that all of which are capable of reflecting light emitted from the light-emitting unit and thus cooperatively generating a reflection image relating to the object-to-be-detected to be received by the image pick-up unit for enabling the same to generate an image signal accordingly. The image signal is then transmitted to the processing module where it is analyzed and compared with a standard image signal so as to determine whether the position of the object-to-be-detected is abnormal.

Anomaly detection system and method

The invention provides a separation method for object and glue membrane, and it is characterized: an external force such as tearing apart is pre-applied for appropriately separating the glue membrane and the object, such that the binding ability between the object and the glue membrane is reduced, and a taking-and-placing head then sucks up the object; to achieve said objective, it can arrange a vacuum sucking-up seat that is moveable and has vacuum adsorption hole under the glue membrane, and the sucking force of the vacuum sucking-up seat may generate an external force such as tearing apart to the glue membrane, and the object is then sucked up by the taking-and-placing head; it is also possible to arrange a connection rod to lower down and lift up the taking-and-placing head simultaneously and, before the taking-and-placing head is lowered down to contact the object, it may bring along the connection rod to press down the glue membrane and generate an external force such as tearing apart to the glue membrane, and the object is then sucked up by the taking-and-placing head; since the external force is not applied upon the object, so it may control the deforming rate of the objet to a minimum degree, such that the object may be avoided from being broken and be not caused to move, and it may also peel apart multiple chips, such that the production speed is increased and the taking-up time is shortened.
