A method for fabricating a doped conjugated polymer film includes the steps of: mixing a polar substance, a polar solvent and a doped conjugated polymer to form a doped conjugated polymer solution, and forming a conjugated polymer film with the doped conjugated polymer solution. In addition, a method for treating a doped conjugated polymer film includes the steps of: providing a doped conjugated polymer film, and adding a mixed solution which contains a polar substance and a polar solvent to the doped conjugated polymer film. In these cases, the polar substance is selected from the group consisting of formula (1), formula (2), inorganic acids, benzene-containing organic acids, or their combinations. The polar solvent is selected from the group consisting of water, ethers, alcohols, sulfoxides, alcohol ethers, ketones, amines, nitriles, carboxylic acids, amides, or their combinations.

Methods for fabricating and treating doped conjugated polymer film

A method for preparing a perovskite film includes the steps of applying a first solution on a substrate to form a film by spin coating and applying a second solution on the film made from the first solution by spin coating to form the perovskite film. The perovskite film is expressed by a general formula of ABX. The solute of the first solution at least contains one of AX and BX. The solute of the second solution at least contains one of AX and BX. A method for preparing the solar cell using the perovskite film as the active layer (absorber) is also disclosed.

Disclosed is a dye, having a chemical formula: wherein each Ris independently selected from hydrogen, &#x2014;(CH), &#x2014;(CH)&#x2014;S&#x2014;(CH), or &#x2014;(CH)&#x2014;N(CH); Aris wherein each Ris independently selected from &#x2014;(CH), &#x2014;(CH)&#x2014;S&#x2014;(CH), or (CH)&#x2014;N(CH); Aris wherein each Ris independently selected from hydrogen, &#x2014;(CH), &#x2014;(CH)&#x2014;S&#x2014;(CH), or &#x2014;(CH)&#x2014;N(CH); X is sulfur, oxygen, selenium, or N&#x2014;R, and Ris &#x2014;(CH); m is in integer of 1 to 4; x is an integer of 1 to 20; and y is an integer of 0 to 20. The dye can be applied to a photoelectric conversion device.
