A stealth antenna includes an electromagnetic wave absorbing structure and an antenna patch embedded in the electromagnetic wave absorbing structure. The electromagnetic wave absorbing structure includes an upper dielectric layer, a lower dielectric layer and a spacer disposed between the upper dielectric layer and the lower dielectric layer. The upper dielectric layer includes a dielectric fabric and a conductive coating layer combined with at least a portion of the dielectric fabric. The lower dielectric layer includes a dielectric fabric and has a dielectric constant lower than that of the upper dielectric layer. The antenna patch is disposed between the spacer and the lower dielectric layer.

Stealth antenna having electromagnetic wave absorber with sandwich structure

An electromagnetic wave absorber includes a first layer and a second layer disposed on the first layer. The first layer may include a first reinforcing fiber impregnated in a first matrix. The second layer may include a second reinforcing fiber impregnated in a second matrix. The second reinforcing fiber may be plated with a metal magnetic coating layer. The electromagnetic wave absorber may provide electromagnetic wave absorbing ability with a low uncertainty without reducing mechanical properties due to the metal magnetic coating layer.

Disclosed herein is a fiber optic sensor using a transmissive grating panel and a mirror, in which displacement resulting from a temperature change in the external environment or a behavioral change in an object to be measured is measured using a transmissive grating panel, a reflection mirror and an optical fiber, and then enables various measurements to be taken of the temperature change in the external environment and the behavioral change (displacement, pressure, vibration or acceleration, etc.) in the object on the basis of the measured displacement.

Disclosed is a fiber optic sensor system for sensing strain of the structure by using a wavelength swept fiber laser as a light source and using a fiber Bragg grating sensor as a fiber optic sensor, comprising: a reference fiber Bragg grating sensor, a fiber Bragg grating sensor array being branched from the reference fiber Bragg grating sensor through a coupler; a strain rate measuring coordinate signal-outputting means adapted to output an optical signal having a certain wavelength, an optical detector being connected to the coupler from which the fiber Bragg grating sensor group and the strain measuring coordinate signal-outputting means are branched for detecting output signals generated from the strain measuring coordinate signal-outputting means.
