This invention provides a low-temperature semen cryopreservation device, comprising: a box body for containing low-temperature cryoprotectant fluid; a tray, one end of which is pivotally connected to the inner side wall of the box body, and a limiting portion is provided on the tray for limiting the movement of the cryoprotectant tube. Two openings are sequentially arranged along the height direction on one side of the box body relative to the hinge end, with the height of one opening higher than that of the hinge end, and the height of the other opening lower than that of the hinge end; a limiting plate, which can be detachably inserted into either opening. When the limiting plate is switched from one opening to the other, the tray tilts to drive the cryopreservation tube to rotate 180 degrees, thereby ensuring the low-temperature cryoprotectant fluid to evenly fumigate the cryopreservation tube, improving the pre-cooling effect.

A culture dish combination for embryo thawing and embryo transfer is provided. The culture dish combination includes a first culture dish and a second culture dish, the first culture dish includes a first dish cavity for thawing and laser-assisted hatching of frozen embryos, and an opening of the first dish cavity is upward. The second culture dish is detachably connected to the first culture dish, and the second culture dish includes a second dish cavity for balancing culture medium before the embryo transfer; the second culture dish further includes a third dish cavity surrounding the second dish cavity, and openings of the second dish cavity and the third dish cavity are upward. The culture dish combination solves problems of complex operations of thawing the frozen embryo, laser-assisted hatching and the embryo transfer, which increases the accuracy of the operation of embryo thawing and improves the stability of the incubator environment.

A vitrification device for gametes or embryos, wherein, the vitrification straw comprises: a loading rod, wherein the loading rod is a metal rod; a loading strip, wherein, the loading strip is connected with one end of the loading rod. According to the present invention, the loading rod is arranged as metal rod, which avoids embrittlement fracture caused by sudden temperature change when the loading rod is taken out of liquid nitrogen, moreover, the ice crystals that form on gametes or embryos when the loading rod floats out of the surface of liquid nitrogen, affecting the safety of gametes or embryos, the metal material used by this invention can increase the weight of the loading rod, preventing it from floating up in the liquid nitrogen, hence improve safety of gametes or embryos.
