A transformer is provided, including a core, a primary conductor, a magnetic member, and a secondary conductor. The core includes a central pillar and at least one lateral pillar. An accommodating space is formed between the central pillar and the lateral pillar. The primary conductor, the magnetic member, and the secondary conductor are disposed in the accommodating space. The primary conductor surrounds the central pillar. The magnetic member surrounds the primary conductor, and the secondary conductor surrounds the magnetic member. The magnetic member is disposed between the primary conductor and the secondary conductor, and is flexible.

Transformer

A wireless power-charging module is provided, including a magnetic core, a coil, and a magnetic glue, wherein a gap is formed between the magnetic core and the coil. The coil and the magnetic glue are disposed on the surface of the magnetic core, wherein the magnetic glue fills the gap between the magnetic core and the coil.

Base of magnetic component

A magnetic assembly includes a magnetic core, two windings, and a base. The windings are arranged around the magnetic core, and each of the windings has two leading sections. The base carries the magnetic core, and comprises a frame part, a pin base, and two first pins and two second pins disposed on the pin base. The pin base is connected with the frame part, and has four through holes. Two first pins are disposed in two of the through holes, and two second pins are disposed in the other two of the through holes. Each of the first pins and the second pins has two extending parts extended from the first surface and the second surface respectively, and the leading sections of the windings are connected with the first pins and the second pins respectively. Therefore, the advantages of decreasing the production costs and product standardization are achieved.

Magnetic assembly and base thereof

A bobbin is provided, which includes a main body, a first block board, a second block board, and at least one guiding member. The main body extends along an axis. The first block board and the second block board circumferentially surround ends of the main body and radially extend from the main body, respectively. The guiding member is formed on the first block board or the second block board and comprises a dummy pin, radially extending from the first block board or the second block board.

Bobbin and method of using the same

A transformer includes a winding member, a magnetic core assembly and an insulating seat. The winding member includes a bobbin, a primary coil and a secondary coil. The primary coil and the secondary coil are wound on the bobbin. The magnetic core assembly includes a first magnetic core and a second magnetic core. The winding member is arranged between the first magnetic core and the second magnetic core. The insulating seat includes a receptacle, at least one ventilation hole, at least one sheltering member and plural pins. The winding member and the magnetic core assembly are accommodated within the receptacle. The ventilation hole is formed in the sheltering member. The first terminals of the primary coil and/or the second terminals of the secondary coil are connected with the pins.

Transformer structure

A transformer includes a base, a magnetic core unit and a winding assembly. The base includes a base body and a pin disposed on the base body. The magnetic core unit is disposed in the base body, and the winding assembly is disposed in the magnetic core unit. A winding of the winding assembly is connected to the pin.

The present invention discloses a transformer, mounted on a circuit board, including a winding set having a bobbin, a primary winding and a secondary winding, wherein the primary and the secondary windings are wound on the bobbin, and the primary winding has at least a first output terminal; a magnetic core set including a first magnetic core and a second magnetic core, wherein the winding set is sandwiched in between the first and the second magnetic cores; and an insulation base including an accommodation space and at least a pin, wherein the winding set and the magnetic core set are accommodated in the accommodation space, and the first output terminal of the primary winding is connected with the pin for further electrically connecting to the circuit board.
