A surgical instrument includes a rod and a push portion. The push portion includes a first end connected to an end of the rod and a second end having a blade portion. The push portion includes a plurality of grooves. The plurality of grooves is recessed in a surface of the push portion and is spaced from each other. Each two adjacent grooves has a rib formed therebetween. A top face of a cross section of each rib is the surface of the push portion. Each rib has a guiding face on the cross section of the push portion. The guiding face is connected to the surface of the push portion. The guiding face faces a rotating direction of the rod. An angle between the guiding face and the surface of the push portion in the cross section is greater than 90°.

Surgical instrument

A signal sensing device includes a body and two signal sensing elements disposed in the body. An insulating layer is sandwiched between the two signal sensing elements. Each of the two signal sensing elements incudes a signal transmission section and a signal sensing section in electrical connection with the signal transmission section. The signal transmission sections are planar antennae parallel to each other and each having an antenna shape of meander-line type. The antenna shape of each transmission section has a vertical projection on a plane parallel to each signal transmission section. The vertical projections of the antenna shapes do not overlap completely. When a portion of the body forms a surrounding portion which surrounds a to-be-sensed target, a portion or an entirety of each signal sensing section is located on the surrounding portion.

Signal sensing device

An implant shredder includes a base and a cutting member. The base includes a first chamber and a second chamber intercommunicating with the first chamber. The first chamber includes an inlet. The second chamber includes an outlet. The cutting member is received in the second chamber. The cutting member is driven by a driving member to rotate. The cutting member includes a plurality of cutting edges located on a circumference of a same radius. The plurality of cutting edges is rotatably disposed adjacent to a location intercommunicating with the first chamber. An implant forming method includes creating data of an outline of an implant; producing a shaping mold based on the data; and cutting a to-be-processed object with the implant shredder, then mixing the to-be-proceed object with a biological tissue glue to obtain a raw material, and filling the raw material into the shaping mold to form the implant.

Implant shredder and implant forming method

A tool for a bone implant includes a rod and an adaptor. The rod includes a coupling portion having a through-hole. The rod further includes a measuring arm connected to the coupling portion and a force applying arm connected to the coupling portion. The measuring arm includes a first extension section having a first indicator portion, and the force applying arm includes a second extension section having a second indicator portion. The force applying arm is elastically deformable away from the measuring arm to displace the second extension section relative to the first extension section. The adaptor is coupled in the through-hole and includes an outer ring and an inner ring. The outer ring is rotatable relative to the inner ring in a single direction.

Tool for bone implant

A tool for a bone implant includes a sleeve and a transmission rod including a transmission member disposed on an end of a shaft. Another end of the shaft is located outside of the sleeve. The transmission member is received in the sleeve and includes a first compartment and a plurality of first teeth surrounding the first compartment. A drilling rod includes a second compartment and a plurality of second teeth surrounding the second compartment. A coupling portion is disposed between the second compartment and a bit. The coupling portion is coupled with the sleeve. The bit is located outside of the sleeve. Two magnets are disposed in the first and second compartments, respectively. Two same poles respectively of the two magnets face each other.

A fibrocartilage suturing device is provided to solve the problem where the conventional procedure of the surgery is inconvenient. The fibrocartilage suturing device includes a tube assembly, a tubular member, and an anchor. The tube assembly extends through the tube assembly and includes an insertion section. The movement member is coupled with the tube assembly and includes a thrust rod extending through the tubular member. The anchor is located at one end of the thrust rod and includes a body and at least two wings connected to the body is able to be folded and unfolded relative to the body. The body of the anchor is connected to an end of a thread. Another end of the thread is connected to the tubular member.

Fibrocartilage suturing device

A minimally invasive bone fracture positioning device includes a sleeve, a movable unit, and a support. The sleeve includes an alignment portion located on a longitudinal axis of the sleeve. The movable unit includes a positioning portion. The positioning portion is located on the longitudinal axis and is spaced from the alignment portion. The movable unit is mounted in a radial direction of the sleeve. The movable unit is slideable relative to the sleeve along the longitudinal axis. A support is coupled to the sleeve and the movable unit. The movable unit is spaced from the sleeve by the support.

Minimally invasive bone fracture positioning device

A femur supporting device includes a femoral stem having a plurality of inclined passages. The femoral stem includes an inner side and an outer side. Each inclined passage includes an outlet in the inner side and an inlet in the outer side. Each inclined passage inclines upward from the inlet to the outlet. A plurality of supporting rods extends through the inclined passages. A first engaging end of each supporting rod extends out of the outlet of one of the inclined passages. A second engaging end of each supporting rod extends out of the inlet of one of the inclined passages. The first engaging end of each supporting rod is engaged with one of a plurality of first engaging portions in a trochanter head. The second engaging end of each supporting rod is engaged with one of a plurality of second engaging portions of a fixing unit.

Femur supporting device

A mandibular fixation device overcomes the low operability of the conventional mandibular fixation device. The mandibular fixation device includes a sleeve, a first screw rod, a second screw rod and two positioning members. The sleeve includes two ends respectively provided with first and second screw holes. The first and second screw holes have opposite spiral directions. The first screw rod has a first threaded portion and a first assembly portion. The first threaded portion is threadedly engaged with the first screw hole, and the first assembly portion is located outside of the sleeve. The second screw rod has a second threaded portion and a second assembly portion. The second threaded portion is threadedly engaged with the second screw hole, and the second assembly portion is located outside of the sleeve. The two positioning members are coupled with the first and second assembly portions, respectively.

Mandibular fixation device

An orthodontic remodeling device includes a sleeve having first and second screw holes in two ends thereof. The first and second screw holes have opposite thread directions. A first screw rod includes a first threaded portion threadedly engaged with the first screw hole and a first assembling portion exposed outside of the sleeve. A second screw hole includes a second threaded portion threadedly engaged with the second screw hole and a second assembling portion exposed outside of the sleeve. Two tooth pushing members are respectively engaged with the first and second assembling portions. Each tooth pushing member includes at least one tooth coupling ring mounted on at least one tooth of a patient for pushing the at least one tooth outward. The sleeve is rotatable to move the first and second screw rods toward or away from each other to change a relative position between the two tooth pushing members.

Orthodontic remodeling device

An electrolyte for surface treatment of a metal implant includes 10-30 wt % of a sulfur-containing compound aqueous solution, 3-10 wt % of a phosphorous-containing compound aqueous solution, 0.5-2 wt % of an oxidant aqueous solution, and 0.5-5 wt % of a surfactant aqueous solution, with the rest being water. The concentration of the sulfur-containing compound aqueous solution is 0.1-3 M. The concentration of the phosphorous-containing compound aqueous solution is 0.05-2 M. The concentration of the oxidant aqueous solution is 0.05-1 M. The concentration of the surfactant aqueous solution is 0.05-5 M. The electrolyte is utilized for treating a surface of a metal implant, forming a porous oxide layer on the surface of the metal implant.

Electrolyte for surface treatment of metal implant and method for surface treatment of metal implant using said electrolyte

A surface treatment of a magnesium alloy includes preparing a substrate of magnesium alloy, micro-arc oxidizing the substrate of magnesium alloy, forming an oxide layer with a hydroxyl group on the substrate of magnesium alloy, silylizing the oxide layer of the substrate of magnesium alloy with the oxide layer, by soaking the substrate of magnesium alloy in a processing solution with a silyl group-containing compound for 1-300 minutes, and placing the substrate of magnesium alloy with the silylized oxide layer at 70-200&#xb0; C. for 1-300 minutes, allowing a condensation reaction to occur. The manufactured surface-treated magnesium alloy shows a decreased degradation rate in vivo.
