The present invention discloses a mooring device and operating method thereof. Specifically, the mooring device mainly comprises engaging module and a pressure control module. The engaging module comprises at least one actuator, at least one piston unit and at least one vacuum cup. Moreover, when a mooring object contacts the at least one actuator and actuates the at least one piston unit, the pressure control module may control the vacuum level therebetween the at least one vacuum cup and the mooring object. Therefore, the mooring device and its operating method of the present invention use the force which is provided by the mooring object per se to determine whether to moor the mooring object or not.

The present invention proposes a rescue system and method for man overboard with remote monitoring, which is implemented by a rescue system consisted of an onboard processing unit, a distress signal module, an unmanned rescue vehicle, an autonomous ship, a communication module, and a shore control center (SCC). The technical effect of the present invention is that when a person falls into the water, the unmanned rescue vehicle can automatically locate and monitor the falling target immediately, and the shore control center (SCC) can accurately locate the relative position between the unmanned rescue vehicle and the ship where the person falls. Thereby, the shore control center (SCC) can control the rescue process throughout the entire process and release rescue device for rescue.

A pressure adjusting mechanism for adjusting pressure applied on a thermal print head includes a pressing plate, a plurality of resilient members and a pressure adjusting member. The pressing plate is disposed above the thermal print head and comprising a first pressed section and a second pressed section connected to the first pressed section. The plurality of resilient members is connected to the first pressed section of the pressing plate and the thermal print head and to the second pressed section of the pressing plate and the thermal print head, respectively. The pressure adjusting member is pivoted to the pressing plate for driving the pressing plate to move relative to the thermal print head, so as to press the plurality of resilient members for providing the thermal print head with pressure, such that the plurality of resilient members drives the pressing plate to equilibrate the pressing plate.
