A display driving device includes an update area, a first driving circuit and a second driving circuit. The first driving circuit includes a first scan signal generator, a first transistor, a second transistor and a second scan signal generator. The first scan signal generator is configured to output a scan signal. A first terminal of the first transistor is coupled to the first scan signal generator and receives the scan signal. A first control terminal of the first transistor is configured to determine whether to output a scan signal. A second terminal of the second transistor is coupled to the first transistor. The second control terminal of the second transistor is configured to determine whether to output the driving partial signal. The second scan signal generator is configured to receive and output the scan signal according to the scan signal and/or the driving part signal.

Display driving device and display driving method

A display apparatus includes a first pad group, a first light-emitting element, a pixel driving structure, a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer. The first conductive layer is disposed between the first pad group and the pixel driving structure. The first conductive layer includes a first conductive pattern and a second conductive pattern. The first conductive pattern is electrically connected to one of the plurality of first pads and the pixel driving structure. The second conductive pattern is electrically connected to another one of the plurality of first pads. The first conductive pattern and the second conductive pattern have a first light-transmitting gap. The first light-transmitting gap is located below the first light-emitting element. The second conductive layer is disposed between the first conductive layer and the pixel driving structure. The second conductive layer includes a third conductive pattern shielding the first light-transmitting gap.

Display apparatus

The present invention provides a wearable device and an operating method thereof. A power circuit provides an analog voltage source to a touch display driver integrated circuit through a first pin; the power circuit provides a digital voltage source to the touch display driver integrated circuit and a fingerprint on display (FOD) recognition circuit through a second pin; and the power circuit provides a first OLED voltage to an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) and the FOD recognition circuit through a third pin, wherein the FOD recognition circuit uses the first OLED voltage as an analog voltage source.

Wearable device and operating method thereof

The disclosure provides an electronic device including a host control circuit, a display driving circuit, a touch driving circuit and a logic circuit. The host control circuit is configured to provide a first reset control signal. The display driving circuit is configured to reset according to the first reset control signal. The logic circuit is configured to generate a second reset control signal to the touch driving circuit according to the first reset control signal and an enable signal. During a sleep mode of the electronic device, the enable signal has a first logic level. In response to the enable signal at the first logic level, the logic circuit generates the second reset control signal at the first logic level. The touch driving circuit does not reset according to the second reset control signal at the first logic level.

Electronic device and control method thereof

A touch display and a sensing method are provided. The touch display includes a substrate, a display array disposed on the substrate and having an upper layer which includes a shielding metal layer, a touch sensor disposed above the display array, and a controller coupled to the display array and the touch sensor. The controller is configured to enable the display array to display and obtain a first sensing result from the touch sensor during a first time interval, and disable the display array and obtain a second sensing result from the touch sensor during a second time interval. According to the first sensing result and the second sensing result, a touch determination result of whether the touch display receives a touch from a user is generated.

Touch display and sensing method

A display device includes a display panel, a power integrated circuit, a comparison circuit and a selection circuit. The display panel is configured to receive a system cross voltage. The power integrated circuit is configured to provide the system cross voltage to the display panel and includes a current conversion circuit configured to convert a calibration current outputted by the display panel when displaying a calibration frame into a detection voltage. The comparison circuit is configured to compare the detection voltage with a threshold to generate a comparison result. The selection circuit is configured to determine a magnitude of the system cross voltage according to the comparison result. The power integrated circuit is configured to generate the system cross voltage according to the magnitude of the system cross voltage determined by the selection circuit to provide the system cross voltage to the display panel.

Display device, calibration method and frame display method

A touch display device includes a touch detecting circuit and a processor. The touch detecting circuit is configured to detect a first touch signal and a second touch signal. The processor is configured to record a first time point when the first touch signal is received, and record a second time point when the second touch signal is received. The processor is configured to calculate a time difference between the first time point and the second time point, if the time difference is larger than or equal to a threshold, the processor is configured to adjust the first touch signal and the second touch signal according to a baseline.

Touch display device

A manufacturing method of a semiconductor device is provided. A substrate is provided. The substrate has an active area. A plurality of word lines are formed on the substrate. Each of the word lines is extended along a first direction, and the word lines are arranged on both sides of the active area along a second direction. A first dielectric layer is formed on the substrate. The first dielectric layer covers the active area and the word lines. A contact is formed on the active area. The contact penetrates through the first dielectric layer and is electrically connected to the active area. A heating process is performed on the first dielectric layer to shrink the first dielectric layer inward, and the contact is correspondingly expanded outward.

Manufacturing method of semiconductor device

A touch display device includes a controller, a source driver, several multiplexers, and several touch sensors. The source driver is configured to output several data signals. The multiplexers are coupled to the controller and the source driver, and are configured to transmit the plurality of data signals to an active area according to at least one enable period of a multiplexing signal. The touch sensors are coupled to the controller, and are configured to receive a touch signal outputted from the controller. The touch signal includes a touch pulse. A touch pulse starting-time interval and a touch pulse ending-time interval of the touch pulse are located in at least one disable period of the multiplexing signal, and the touch pulse and the at least one enable period partially overlap in time sequence.

Touch display device and control method thereof

A touch display apparatus including a first substrate, a first sub-pixel, a spacer, a second substrate, and a touch-sensing electrode is provided. The first sub-pixel is disposed on the first substrate. The spacer is disposed on the first substrate. The touch-sensing electrode is disposed on the second substrate and has a first opening. The spacer is located inside the first opening in an orthogonal projection direction. A distance D is defined between an outline of an orthogonal projection of the spacer on the first substrate and an outline of an orthogonal projection of the first opening on the first substrate, and D&#x2265;5 &#x3bc;m.

Touch display apparatus

A touch display apparatus having a fan-out side is provided. The touch display apparatus includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a touch sensing element and a display element. The first and the second substrate have a first surface and a second inner surface, respectively. The second substrate is disposed opposite to the first substrate. The second inner surface faces the first inner surface. The second substrate has a convex part and a concave part on the fan-out side. The second inner surface has a second outer lead bonding region in the convex part. The first outer lead bonding region of the first substrate is unshielded by the second substrate through the concave part. The second outer lead bonding region of the second substrate is unshielded by the first substrate. The touch sensing element and the display element are packaged in between the first and the second substrates.

A display device includes a frame, a protrusion, a display panel, a protective substrate, and a buffer material. The frame includes a bottom plate and a side plate; and the bottom plate has an inner surface, and the side plate is on the inner surface of the bottom plate. The protrusion is disposed on the inner surface of the bottom plate. The display panel is disposed on the protrusion and includes a force sensitive layer. A protection substrate is disposed on the display panel. The buffer material is connected with the protection substrate and the side plate of the frame, and the buffer material has a greater elastic coefficient than the protrusion.

Display device having force sensing function

A touch sensing device includes a base panel, a plurality of receiving channels, at least one noise listening channel and at least one processing unit. The receiving channels are disposed on the base board in parallel. The at least one noise listening channel and the receiving channels are disposed on the base board in parallel. The processing unit is configured to generate touching sensing data according to a sensing signal outputted by a corresponding receiving channel of the plurality of receiving channels and a noise listening signal outputted by the at least one noise listening channel.

Touch sensing device with noise effect reduction

An exemplary data driving circuit for providing a display data voltage to a data line includes a data driving module. The data driving module includes a display data buffer unit and a switching element. The display data buffer unit is used to provide the display data voltage. The switching element is electrically coupled between the display data buffer unit and the data line and determines whether to allow the display data voltage provided by the display data buffer unit to be transmitted to the data line according to a control signal. Furthermore, the control signal controls the switching element to be turned off when the display data voltage provided by the display data buffer unit equals a predetermined voltage. Moreover, a display panel using the above data driving circuit also is provided.

Bistable display panel and data driving circuit thereof

A method for updating image frames displayed on a display device including charged particles is provided and includes steps as below. A first image frame is displayed according to a first image data value. A second image frame is displayed according to a second image data value. Whether an image frame switching period between the first image frame and the second image frame is less than or equal to a predetermined period is determined to decide an updating manner for the second image frame displayed on the display device. When the image frame switching period is greater than the predetermined period, a reset pulse and a second data pulse are sequentially generated such that the display device operates in a second updating mode. A display device is also disclosed herein.
