A CMOS all-digital pulse-mixing device includes a plurality of homogeneous logic elements serially connected to form a basic element sequence, an odd-positioned element parallel connection set and an even-positioned element parallel connection set. The basic element sequence includes odd combination positions and even combination positions. The odd-positioned element parallel connection set serially connects with one of the odd combination positions and the even-positioned element parallel connection set serially connects with one of the even combination positions. The odd-positioned element parallel connection set and the even-positioned element parallel connection set are provided to stretch or shrink a pulse mixture, which is distinguished from a conventional full-customized pulse-mixing device.

Resolution-enhancing CMOS all-digital pulse-mixing method and device thereof

A CMOS pulse shrinking or stretching device includes a basic element sequence, including odd combination positions and even combination positions, and homogeneous logic elements connected to form the basic element sequence. The device further includes an inhomogeneous logic element serially connected between two of the basic elements at the odd or even combination position for shrinking or stretching a pulse signal. A CMOS pulse shrink-and-stretch mixing device further includes an inhomogeneous logic element set, including an odd-positioned inhomogeneous logic element and an even-positioned inhomogeneous logic element to combine stretching and shrinking functions of the pulse signal by adding a stretched pulse and a shrunk pulse signal together.

CMOS pulse shrinking, stretching or shrink-and-stretch mixing method and device thereof

A time-domain temperature sensing system includes a cyclic delay line, a path selection circuit and a counter. The cyclic delay line includes a plurality of logic components connected. The path selection circuit connects with the cyclic delay line and the counter connects with the path selection circuit. The cyclic delay line is operated to sense and convert a temperature into a time pulse to generate a temperature-related time pulse width signal, and the cyclic delay line is further operated to measure the temperature-related time pulse width signal via the path selection circuit. The cyclic delay line is operated to convert the temperature into the time pulse and the counter is further operated to convert the temperature-related time pulse width signal into a digital signal via the path selection circuit, thereby generating a temperature-to-digital signal.

Time-domain temperature sensing system with a digital output and method thereof

The present invention is an optical proximity sensor and manufacturing method thereof. The optical proximity sensor has an optical sensing unit, an illuminating unit, multiple transparent gels and a package. The package encapsulates the optical sensing unit and the illuminating unit. The transparent gels are respectively formed on top surfaces of the optical sensing unit and the illuminating unit. The transparent gels respectively have a convex part and a recess formed in the convex part. The package has through holes communicating with the recesses of the transparent gels to form openings. In a step of injecting encapsulant gel, because the transparent gels are still plastic, the protrusions can closely attach to the transparent gels. The encapsulant gel is prevented from forming above the sensing part and the illuminating part.

Optical proximity sensor and manufacturing method thereof

A driving device for quickly changing the gray level of the liquid crystal display and its driving method are disclosed. The driving device includes a group of thin film transistors with matrix array, a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines. The driving method for the thedriving device includes: two gate lines in the liquid crystal display are simultaneously or synchronously turned on according to in the bright period or in the black period, the voltage for displaying the present frame interval data or the voltage for displaying black image is given to the thin film transistors connected with the gate lines, and scanning continues in turn. The present invention is suitable for the picture treatment of various liquid crystal displays, organic light emitting diode (OLED) display or plasma display panel (PDP).

Driving device for quickly changing the gray level of the liquid  crystal display and its driving method

An overdrive method for anti-double edge of LCD uses: a register unit, a signal processing module including a selection unit and a driving-voltage lookup table (ADE LUT) and a plurality of multiplex processing units to effectively save the resources of hardware and to eliminate the double edge phenomenon generated during overdrive liquid-crystal image developing by selecting among present frame driving-voltage values, overdrive voltage values and actually achieved voltage values input from the driving-voltage lookup table and by outputting driving-voltage values suitable for respective situations according to selection signals of a selection unit by the multiplex processing units. The method is added with a complementary table and an operation unit to increase its scope of application, to eliminate double edge generated by different response speeds; and thereby is suitable for various liquid crystal displays.

Overdrive method for anti-double edge of LCD

A driving device for quickly changing the gray level of the liquid crystal display (LCD and its driving method are disclosed. The object of quickly changing the gray level of the LCD can be accomplished by the different arrangement of the gate lines and the data lines and the different connection of the thin film transistors with the gate lines and the data lines.
