A food packaging barrier film and a method for producing the same are provided. The method includes providing a base film, depositing an inorganic laminated film on a surface of the base film, and coating a barrier coating solution on the inorganic laminated film and then curing the barrier coating solution to form a barrier coating layer. The inorganic laminated film includes at least one first inorganic material deposition layer and a second inorganic material deposition layer stacked upon each other, and the at least one first inorganic material deposition layer and the second inorganic material deposition layer are formed in a same vacuum deposition process and in a vacuum condition. The at least one first inorganic material deposition layer and the second inorganic material deposition layer are respectively formed by different inorganic metal oxides in the same vacuum depositing process.

Food packaging barrier film and method for producing the same

A leather material suitable for being attached to a touch display panel such as a vehicle dashboard is provided. The leather material includes a foam layer and a fabric layer. The foam layer is foamed to provide a leather feel. The fabric layer is disposed on the foam layer, and the fabric layer is color-matched and embossed to present a leather pattern. Base materials of the foam layer and the fabric layer are both at least one material selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyurethane (PU), and polyolefin (PO). The leather material in entirety has a visible light transmittance of between 40% and 70% and has a resistivity of not less than 10Ωcm. A vehicle dashboard composite structure is also provided.

The invention provides an impact-resistant and flame-retardant polyester material, which includes a PET resin, a nucleating agent, a flame retardant, an antioxidant, a rod-shaped filling and reinforcing material and a compatibilizer. The PET resin includes virgin pellets or environmental-friendly recycled pellets, which can meet the demand for the introduction of recycled materials.

Impact-resistant and flame-retardant polyester material

A conductive polyester composition is provided, which includes a polyester base material and a conductive reinforcing material. The conductive reinforcing material includes a plurality of carbon nanotubes, and the plurality of carbon nanotubes are dispersed in the polyester base material. In each of the carbon nanotubes, a length of the carbon nanotube is defined as L, a diameter of the carbon nanotube is defined as D and is between 1 nanometer and 30 nanometers, and an L/D value of the carbon nanotube is between 300 and 2,000. The plurality of carbon nanotubes are in contact with each other to form a plurality of contact points, so that the conductive polyester composition has a surface impedance of not greater than 10Ω/sq.

An antibacterial and antifungal polyester material is provided, which includes a polyester resin substrate material and a plurality of functional polyester master-batches. The functional polyester master-batches are dispersed in the polyester resin substrate material. Each of the functional polyester master-batches includes a polyester resin matrix material and an antibacterial and antifungal additive. The antibacterial and antifungal additive includes a plurality of glass beads. The glass beads are dispersed in the polyester resin matrix material, and a plurality of silver nanoparticles are distributed on an outer surface of each of the glass beads.

A protection tape includes a base film, an antistatic layer and an adhesive layer. The antistatic layer is located on the base film. The protection tape provided by the present disclosure has the advantage of having resistant to corona treatment.

The first polymer resin material has a first molecular weight. The second polymer resin material has a second molecular weight. The first molecular weight is less than the second molecular weight. The first polymer resin material and the second polymer resin material are blended with each other according to a predetermined weight ratio so that the polymer film has a gas penetration rate between 3.5 g/m/day to 35 g/m/day. The inorganic nano powder material includes zinc oxide (ZnO). The inorganic nano powder material is dispersed in the first polymer resin material and the second polymer resin material in a plurality of granular forms, and an average particle size of the inorganic nano powder material is between 50 nm and 200 nm.

An environmentally friendly anti-corrosion coating material and a method for preparing the same are provided. The environmentally friendly anti-corrosion coating material includes 80 to 90 parts by weight of an epoxy resin, 3 to 7 parts by weight of at least one conductive polymer, 55 to 65 parts by weight of curing agent, and at least one functional additive. The at least one conductive polymer is selected from the group consisting of polyacetylene, polypyrrole, polyaniline, polythiophene and poly(p-phenylene).

Environmentally friendly anti-corrosion coating material and method for preparing the same

A plastic wrap and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The plastic wrap includes at least one resin layer that includes a resin composition. The resin composition includes, based on 100 wt % of the resin composition, 1 to 14 wt % of an inorganic nano powder. The inorganic nano powder includes 1 to 30 wt % of zinc oxide, 1 to 20 wt % of titanium oxide, and at least one of 1 to 35 wt % of a silver salt-doped silicon oxide and 1 to 15 wt % of a rare earth metal salt.

A water-based printing ink composition for gravure printing and a method for producing the same are provided. The water-based printing ink composition includes: 1 to 15 parts by weight of a pigment, 1 to 50 parts by weight of an aqueous resin mixture, 1 to 20 parts by weight of a quick-drying agent, and 30 to 80 parts by weight of water. The aqueous resin mixture includes a first aqueous resin and a second aqueous resin, a first glass transition temperature of the first aqueous resin is greater than a second glass transition temperature of the second aqueous resin, and an absolute value of the difference between the first glass transition temperature and the second glass transition temperature is not less than 40&#xb0; C. The quick-drying agent is an alcohol or a ketone, and the quick-drying agent has a boiling point of not greater than 85&#xb0; C.

A method for forming polyester material from recycled film including the following steps is provided: performing a film surface treatment on the recycled film to form a recycled material including polyester; fragmenting the recycled material to form a recycled chipped material, wherein the recycled chipped material has a first intrinsic viscosity; and forming the polyester material by the recycled chipped material, wherein the polyester material has a second intrinsic viscosity, and the second intrinsic viscosity is greater than the first intrinsic viscosity.

Method for forming polyester material from recycled film

An infrared shielding film and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The infrared shielding film includes an infrared absorbing layer and a first infrared reflecting layer disposed on a surface of the infrared absorbing layer. The infrared absorbing layer contains a uniform distribution of composite tungsten oxide particles that are present in an amount of 0.1% to 10% by weight based on the total weight of the infrared absorbing layer. The first infrared reflecting layer contains a uniform distribution of titanium oxide particles that are present in an amount of 0.1% to 10% by weight based on the total weight of the first infrared reflecting layer.

A release liner and a method for producing the same are provided. The release liner includes a resin base layer and two resin release layers. The resin base layer has two surfaces opposite to each other. The two resin release layers are respectively formed on the two surfaces of the resin base layer. The fabric layer is disposed on the foam layer, and the fabric layer is color-matched and embossed to present a leather pattern. Base materials of the diffusion layer, the foam layer, and the fabric layer are all at least one material selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyurethane (PU), and polyolefin (PO), and the leather structure has a light transmittance between 2% and 30%.
