A hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation device is provided, which includes a processing circuit and a pulse-width modulation (PWM) signal observation circuit. The PWM signal observation circuit includes an energy storage unit and the energy storage unit is coupled to the processing circuit. A signal source transmits a PWM signal to the processing circuit and the PWM signal observation circuit, and the energy storage unit is charged when the PWM signal is at high level. The processing circuit detects the voltage of the energy storage unit when detecting the falling edge of the PWM signal so as to calculate the duty cycle of the PWM signal.

A motor parameter estimation method includes obtaining an operation signal of a motor, wherein the operation signal includes an encoder signal, a phase current and a driving voltage, obtaining a number of poles according to the encoder signal and the phase current, performing a simulation procedure according to the driving voltage, the number of poles and an initial random parameter set, wherein the simulation procedure is calculating a simulation response current, calculating an error value between the simulation response current and the phase current, determining whether the error value falls into a threshold range, if the error value falls outside of the threshold range, performing the simulation procedure according to the driving voltage, the number of poles and an update random parameter set, and if the error value falls into of the threshold range, outputting the number of poles and the initial random parameter set.

Motor parameter estimation device and method

An output torque calculation device and a method thereof is provided, and the output torque calculation device includes a first sensor, a second sensor, a rotor, a reducer, a processor, and an elastic device. An input portion of the reducer and an output portion of the reducer are respectively connected to the rotor and an input portion of the elastic device, and an output portion of the elastic device is configured to connect to a load. The output torque calculation method comprises: detecting a first angle of the rotor by the first sensor; detecting a second angle of the output portion of the elastic device by the second sensor; and calculating a torque carried by a final output end of the output torque calculation device by the processor according to the first angle and the second angle.

Output torque calculation device and calculation method thereof

An active device array substrate including a substrate, a plurality of pixel units, a plurality of first conductive lines, a plurality of second conductive lines, a lead line, at least one first electrostatic discharge protection circuit, and at least one second electrostatic discharge protection circuit is provided. The pixel units are arranged on the substrate. Additionally, the first conductive lines and the second conductive lines are disposed on the substrate and electrically connected to the pixel units respectively. Moreover, the lead line crosses the first conductive lines. The first electrostatic discharge protection circuit is disposed at one side of the lead line, and the second electrostatic discharge protection circuit corresponding to the first electrostatic discharge protection circuit is disposed at the other side of the lead line.

Active device array substrate

A pixel structure includes a backup thin film transistor with a float gate electrode or a float drain electrode and a working thin film transistor. When the pixel of the working thin film transistor does not work, the backup thin film transistor replaces the working thin film transistor to drive the pixel. The method of repairing the pixel is to cut off the connection between the drain electrode of the working thin film transistor and the pixel electrode, and then to connect the main gate electrode or the drain electrode of the backup thin film transistor to the gate electrode or the drain electrode of the working thin film transistor, such that the backup thin film transistor can replace the working thin film transistor to drive the pixel electrode.

A laser repair structure and method for TFT panel. A first metal conductor is located in the source-drain layer and having a contact hole to the pixel electrode, and the region of the first metal conductor is within the region of the storage capacitance line. To repair a white defect of a pixel, make extending portions of the first metal conductor to overlap with the gate line of the previous pixel so as to electrically connect them by the laser irradiation. Another choice is setting two second metal conductors located in the gate-electrode layer and partially overlapped with the data line and the first conductor separately, then using laser irradiation to electrically connect one second metal conductor to repair the white defect of a pixel or electrically connect two second metal conductors to repair an open-circuited data line.

Laser repair structure and method for TFT-LCD

A pixel structure using a U-shaped storage capacitance electrode for increasing the aperture ratio thereof is provided. The pixel structure may compensate a variation of the parasitic capacitance (Cgd) between gate and drain for the shift along Y-axis of an exposure machine, so as to reduce the variation of feed-through voltage of pixels.
