An apparatus and a method for reducing wireless data transmission in a personal area network is configured to generate and transmit a packet including information discriminating between a synchronous channel and a data channel. The apparatus and method discriminate between the synchronous channel and data channel when receiving a packet in order to improve data transmission performance of a human body communication system. The apparatus and the method use a transmission channel whose frequency is lower than an antenna frequency as a synchronous channel, and use a transmission channel whose frequency is higher than the antenna frequency as a data channel.

The present invention proposes a method for transmitting data considering a non-contact state of a human body, while selecting a central frequency in various ranges in the human body communication system. The apparatus includes a low-noise amplifier for low-noise amplifying a received signal, a receiver unit for detecting a CW signal and a tag signal, a transmitter unit for frequency up-converting and outputting an input signal, a PLL for generating a frequency signal according to a transmission signal band or a reception signal band, a receiver unit switch for connecting the receiver unit with the low-noise amplifier or a directional coupler, an antennas switch for connecting the antenna with the directional coupler or low-noise amplifier, and a controller unit for controlling a frequency of the frequency signal generated by the PLL, turning off transmission power in a case of an LBT scheme, controlling the receiver unit switch and the antenna switch, and determining if a corresponding channel is an idle channel.

A data recovery device for precisely recovering a transmission signal even if the signal having phase variations is provided. The device comprises a demodulator for demodulating a transmission signal, a plurality of symbol recovery units, each generating a corresponding synchronous signal and a lock signal, wherein the lock signals are selectively enabled to select one of the synchronous signals, based on pattern variations of the transmission signal detected by the symbol recovery units, and a data decision unit for performing a data recovery operation using the selected synchronous signal to recover original data of the transmission signal.

This system performs the steps of applying interlaced scanning signals to an image signal delaying circuit having delaying elements, generating a plurality of signals according to each delay, filtering in a two dimensional space filter, detecting the correlationship of the vertical and slanting directions between the lines by logic operations of the delay signal, selecting a proper space filter of the two dimensional space filter in response to the detected signal and converting in time axis with the interlaced scanning signals and a signal properly generated through the interpolation filter of a filter selector, thereby economically obtaining a high quality picture image.
