A vehicular heat management system includes: a heat pump type refrigerant circulation line including a compressor, a high-pressure side indoor heat exchanger, a heat pump mode variable expansion valve, an outdoor heat exchanger, an air conditioner mode variable expansion valve, and a low-pressure side indoor heat exchanger; a cooling water circulation line configured to circulate cooling water between a radiator and a specific cooling target; and a refrigerant-cooling water chiller configured to allow the refrigerant in the refrigerant circulation line transferred from the outdoor heat exchanger to the low-pressure side indoor heat exchanger to exchange heat with the cooling water in the cooling water circulation line circulated through the specific cooling target.

Vehicular heat management system

A vehicular heat management system is provided with a heat pump type refrigerant circulation line that cools and heats specific air conditioning regions by generating a hot air or a cold air depending on a flow direction of a refrigerant. The system includes a compressor configured to suck, compress and discharge the refrigerant, a high-pressure side heat exchanger configured to dissipate heat of the refrigerant discharged from the compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger configured to allow the refrigerant to exchange heat with an air outside the vehicle, an expansion valve configured to depressurize the refrigerant flowing out of the high-pressure side heat exchanger or the outdoor heat exchanger, and one or more low-pressure side heat exchangers configured to evaporate the depressurized refrigerant. The outdoor heat exchanger and the low-pressure side heat exchangers are connected in series or in parallel depending on an air conditioning mode.

An integrated heat management system for a vehicle includes a refrigerant circulation line configured to cool or heat a passenger compartment while operating in an air conditioner mode or a heat pump mode according to a flow direction of a refrigerant, an electric component module side cooling water circulation line configured to circulate the cooling water through the electric component module to cool the electric component module, a water-cooled outdoor heat exchanger configured to allow the refrigerant circulating through the refrigerant circulation line to exchange heat with the cooling water circulating through the electric component module side cooling water circulation line, and a cooling water flow control unit configured to control a cooling water flow in the electric component module side cooling water circulation line.

Integrated heat management system for vehicle

Disclosed herein is an air conditioning system for a vehicle, in which an air conditioning unit having noise inducing unit is arranged at an engine room based on a dash panel and a distribution duct for distributing air to the interior of the vehicle is arranged in the interior of the vehicle based on the dash panel, thereby reducing noise and vibration in the interior of the vehicle, securing visibility and enabling a worker to easily access the air conditioning system for follow-up service because the air conditioning unit causing noise is arranged inside the engine room, and enhancing passengers' convenience by maximizing the interior space of the vehicle in comparison with the conventional air conditioning systems because only the distribution duct is arranged in the interior of the vehicle.

Air conditioning system for vehicle and method for controlling same

Air conditioning system for a vehicle which includes an air-conditioning module having an air-conditioning case, which has a cold air passageway and a warm air passageway partitioned from each other, and a blower unit, and an indoor air inflow duct for introducing indoor air of the interior of the vehicle into the blower unit. An outlet of the air-conditioning case and an inlet of the indoor air inflow port are arranged to be adjacent to each other, so that the air conditioning system for a vehicle can be installed through just one through hole part formed in a dash panel.

The present invention relates to a vehicle air-conditioning system and, more particularly, to a vehicle air-conditioning system in which an air-conditioning module consisting of an air-conditioning case and a blowing apparatus is disposed at a side of an engine room with respect to a dash panel, and a distribution duct for distributing cold and hot air discharged from the air-conditioning case into the inside of a vehicle is disposed on the indoor side of the vehicle with respect to the dash panel. The vehicle air-conditioning system may prevent a reverse flow of outdoor air into a cold air discharge port and a hot air discharge port due to the wind pressure when driving by forming a shielding means at the sides of the cold air discharge port and the hot air discharge port, which discharge the cold and hot air of the air-conditioning case to the outside, thereby improving the cooling and heating performance by smoothly discharging heat through the cold air discharge port and the hot air discharge port.

Battery () is arranged on the coolant circulation line (W). The coolant circulation line which can heat the interior of the vehicle and the battery at the same allowing the battery temperature control device and the air conditioner heat the vehicle's interior and the battery effectively.
