A single phase motor includes a rotor including magnetic poles and a stator comprising a stator core and a winding wound on the stator core. The stator core includes a plurality of stator teeth each including a tooth body and a tooth end formed at an end of the tooth body, the tooth end comprising first and second arcuate regions facing the rotor. When the winding is not energized, a first magnetic coupling between said first arcuate region and a selected magnetic pole of said rotor is greater than a second magnetic coupling between said second arcuate region and the selected magnetic pole, said first arcuate region being offset from a selected tooth body in such a way as to enable movement of said rotor to initiate in either of two opposite directions relative to said selected tooth body upon energizing the winding.

Single-phase motor

A single phase permanent magnet motor includes a stator core, windings wound around the stator core, and a permanent magnet rotor. The stator core includes an end portion and two spaced arm portions. Each arm portion includes a connecting arm connected to the end portion and a pole claw formed at a distal end of the connecting arm. The two pole claws define a space for receiving the rotor. The pole claws surround the space and form an arc pole surface. The arc pole surface is recessed to form a startup groove located at a central axis of the pole claw. The two pole claws are spaced apart to form two slot openings there between. A line connecting the two slot openings is orthogonal to the central axis of the pole claw.

Single phase permanent magnet motor and stator core thereof

A single phase permanent magnet motor includes a stator and a rotor. The stator includes a stator core and a stator winding. The stator core includes an outer yoke, teeth extending inwardly from the outer yoke, and pole shoes extending from inner ends of the teeth. The rotor is received in a space cooperatively defined by the pole shoes. The rotor includes circumferentially arranged permanent magnetic poles. An outer circumferential surface of the permanent magnetic poles is concentric with an inner circumferential surface of the pole shoes, such that a uniform air gap is formed between the pole shoes and magnetic poles. The single phase permanent magnet motor forms the uniform air gap, which reduces the vibration and noise. The pole shoes form invisible positioning slots, which avoids the negative effect of the positioning slots to the thickness of the air gap and reduces the startup dead point.

Single phase permanent magnet motor

A PMDC motor includes a housing, a stator magnet fixed to the inner circumferential surface of the housing, a rotor core received in the housing and facing the stator magnet, and rotor windings wound around the rotor core. The rotor core includes a plurality of rotor teeth, each of the rotor teeth including a tooth body and a tooth tip. A ratio of the outer diameter of the rotor core to an outer diameter of the housing is in the range of 0.6 to 0.67. Compared to the existing PMDC motor, the PMDC motor of the present invention can satisfy the same performance requirement, while reducing the size and weight of the rotor core and hence the weight of the rotor windings. In this way, the total weight and hence the moment of inertia of the rotor is reduced, thereby effectively reducing the noise generated during operation of the motor.

Permanent magnet direct current motor and HVAC system using the same

A single phase permanent magnet motor includes a stator core, windings, and a permanent magnet rotor. The stator core includes an end portion and two spaced arm portions each including a connecting arm and a pole claw. Each pole claw has a long pole tip and a short pole tip, and forms a pole surface. The long pole tip of each pole claw corresponds to the short pole tip of the other pole claw with a slot opening formed there between. The slot opening causes the arc pole surface to be discontinued along a circumferential direction, and the arc pole surface is recessed inwardly to form a startup groove.

A step motor includes a stator and a rotor. The stator includes a stator core and stator windings. The stator core includes a ring shaped yoke and a plurality of teeth extending inwardly from the ring shaped yoke. The rotor is rotatably mounted with respect to the stator. The rotor includes a permanent magnet member surrounded by the plurality of teeth. The stator windings are wound around the plurality of teeth to form a plurality of stator poles. The stator core are formed from a core strip with High magnetic conductive, the core strip are bent to enable opposite ends of the core strip to be connected with each other. The step motor of the present invention has a simplified structure and enhanced efficiency.

Step motor

A single phase permanent magnet motor includes a stator and a rotor relative to the stator. The stator includes a stator core with a winding wound therearound. The stator core includes stacked first and second stator core laminations. The first stator core lamination includes a plurality of first pole shoes. The second stator core lamination includes a plurality of second pole shoes. The structures of the first pole shoes and the second pole shoes are different. The first pole shoes and the second pole shoes are stacked substantially along the axial direction of the motor. The present invention reduces vibration and noise caused by the use of a single type of core laminations in the prior art.

A PMDC motor has a housing, a stator magnet disposed in an interior of the housing, and a rotor core disposed within the stator magnet. A ratio of an outer diameter of the rotor core to the outer diameter of the housing is from 0.60 to 0.67. The noise of the motor during operation is reduced by increasing the thickness of the stator magnet, reducing the outer diameter of the rotor core, reducing the air gap between the magnet and the rotor core and reducing the rotational inertia of the rotor core. The motor is particularly suited for use in vehicle HVAC systems where low noise is an important requirement.

PMDC motor having a structure for producing low noise

A single phase permanent magnet motor includes a stator. The stator includes a stator core and windings. The stator core includes a ring portion, tooth bodies extending radially from the ring portion, and a pole shoe extending from a distal end to two circumferential sides of each tooth body. Each pole shoe defines a positioning slot. A center of each positioning slot is offset from a center of symmetry of one adjacent tooth body so that a torque fluctuation of an output torque of the single phase permanent magnet motor during operation is less than 50%. As a result, the motor vibration and noise are small.

A rolling shutter driving device includes a motor, a locking assembly and a gearbox. The motor includes a stator and a rotor. The rotor includes a rotary shaft connected to the gearbox. The rotary shaft drives through the gearbox a rolling shutter to extend or retract. The locking assembly includes a brake pad slidingly fitted on the rotary shaft and a rotary member fixedly mounted to the rotary shaft. The brake pad is circumferentially fixed relative to the stator. The brake pad is slidable relative to the rotary shaft so as to be selectively engaged with the rotary member to lock the rotary shaft and hence hold the load in position, or disengaged from the rotary member to unlock the rotary shaft.

Single phase motor

A medical pump includes a single phase synchronous motor, a rod piston, a cylinder for receiving the rod piston for reciprocating motion therein. The single phase synchronous motor includes a stator and a rotor rotatable relative to the stator. The rotor includes a plurality of permanent magnets. The stator comprises a stator core and a winding wound around the stator core. The stator core comprises two opposed pole portions that define there between a rotor receiving space for receiving the permanent magnets. The medical pump has a compact structure. In addition, the motor of the medical pump has a constant rotation speed and has a smaller size and less weight under the same output power conditions as traditional motors used in medical pumps. The medical pump is particularly suitable for use in atomizers.

A stator core includes an end portion, a first pole arm, and a second pole arm. The first pole arm includes two first connecting arms extending from the end portion and spaced from each other, and two first pole claws respectively formed at ends of the first connecting arms. The first pole claws are spaced from each other with an opening formed there between. The second pole arm includes two second connecting arms axially stacked to the two first connecting arms respectively and two second pole claws respectively formed at distal ends of the two second connecting arms. The two second connecting arms are connected with each other.

Single phase permanent magnet motor and stator core

A stator includes a stator core including stator poles and a yoke connecting the stator poles, at least one winding wound around the stator core and connecting terminals configured to connect with an external power source to supply power to the winding and located at one end of the yoke adjacent the stator poles. A single phase motor and a ventilation fan are also provided.

A fluid generating device and an electric apparatus utilizing the fluid generating device are provided. The fluid generating device includes a motor and an impeller driven by the motor. The motor is a single phase direct current brushless motor which includes a stator and a rotor. The stator includes a stator core and a stator winding. The stator core includes an outer ring portion, teeth extending inwardly from the outer ring portion, a pole shoe formed at the tooth. Slot openings are formed between the pole shoes. The rotor is received in a receiving chamber defined by the pole shoes. Inner surfaces of the pole shoes and the rotor form therebetween a substantially even air gap. The presence of even air gap can reduce the cogging torque of the motor, thus reducing the startup current and noise of the motor.
