A control method of a power supply path includes detecting a plug-in state of a first connector through a configuration channel pin of the first connector; acquiring a plurality of rated voltages of a first power adaptor externally connected to the first connector and a rated current corresponding to each of the rated voltages; detecting a plug-in state of a second connector through a direct-current (DC) input pin of the second connector; acquiring a power quota of a second power adaptor externally connected to the second connector; selecting, from the plurality of rated voltages, the largest one that is not greater than an operating voltage, as a selected rated voltage; calculating a power quota of the selected rated voltage; and controlling a switching circuit to couple a power circuit to a power pin of one of the first and second connectors according to the two power quotas.

Power delivery device and control method of power supply path

A control method of a power delivery device includes communicating with a power adaptor through a configuration channel pin of a connector to acquire a power supply quota of the power adaptor and generate a power consumption threshold based on the acquired power supply quota, selecting a corresponding scenario mode from a plurality of scenario modes according to a scenario setting signal generated by a setting circuit when a total power consumption of a system circuit is greater than the power consumption threshold, selecting a corresponding exclusion parameter from a plurality of exclusion parameters according to the corresponding scenario mode, excluding a corresponding power-down procedure from a plurality of power-down procedures according to the corresponding exclusion parameter to generate a selected power-down group, and performing at least one power-down procedure in the selected power-down group to reduce the total power consumption.

Power delivery device and control method thereof

A touch device includes a touch sensing unit, a processing unit, an embedded controller and a digital controller. The touch sensing unit has a first control mode and a second control mode, and senses a touch event from a touch stylus. The embedded controller is coupled to the processing unit. The digital controller is coupled to the touch sensing unit, the embedded controller and the processing unit, and receives a general-purpose input/output (GPIO) signal from the embedded controller. When the GPIO signal is in a first value, the digital controller reports the first control mode to the processing unit. When the GPIO signal is in a second value, the digital processor reports the second control mode to the processing unit. Thus, the performance of the touch device and the touch stylus is improved.
