An image capturing module includes a cover plate, a sensor, and a light collimator. The light collimator is disposed between the cover plate and the sensor. The light collimator includes a plurality of light collimating units. Each of the light collimating units includes at least one fiber and a plurality of light absorbing columns. The light absorbing columns are disposed parallel to the at least one fiber and surround the at least one fiber. A thickness of the light collimator is T. A distance between two light absorbing columns farthest from each other among the light absorbing columns in each of the light collimating units is D. A numerical aperture of the at least one fiber is NA, NA&#x2264;0.7, and D&#x2264;T&#xd7;tan[sin(NA)].

Image capturing module

A bio-sensing apparatus is used to sense a biopolymer. The bio-sensing apparatus includes a sensing element, a light-transmitting element and a surface plasma resonance layer. The bio-sensing apparatus is disposed on the sensing element. The surface plasma resonance layer is disposed on the light-transmitting element, and is used to receive the biopolymer. The light-transmitting element is disposed between the surface plasma resonance layer and the sensing element.

Bio-sensing apparatus

A fingerprint identification apparatus including a light-transmitting device, an image-capture device disposed opposite to the light-transmitting device, and a collimator disposed between the light-transmitting device and the image-capture device is provided. The collimator includes a plurality of light-shielding layers and a plurality of light-transmitting layers that are alternately stacked. Each of the light-shielding layers has a plurality of openings respectively corresponding to a plurality of pixel regions of the image-capture device. Openings of the plurality of light-shielding layers corresponding to one pixel region are arranged along an oblique direction. The oblique direction and a normal direction of a pressing surface of the light-transmitting device have an included angle &#x3b8;, and 0&#xb0;&#x3c;&#x3b8;&#x3c;90&#xb0;.

Fingerprint identification apparatus

An image capturing apparatus including a cover plate, a sensor, and a collimator is provided. The sensor is located on one side of the cover plate. The collimator is disposed between the cover plate and the sensor, and the collimator includes collimating elements overlapping with each other. Each collimating element includes a transparent substrate and a light absorbing layer disposed on the transparent substrate. The light absorbing layer includes a plurality of light passing openings. The light passing openings expose sensing areas of the sensor. Spacing between the light passing openings is S. A width of each light passing opening is W, and 0.3W&#x3c;S. A transparent substrate thickness of a first collimating element in the collimating elements is T1. Image capturing apparatus

An image capture apparatus includes a cover plate, a sensor, and an optical collimator disposed between the cover plate and the sensor and including a first, a second, and a third light shielding pattern layers that are overlapped with each other. The first, second, and third light shielding pattern layers have first, second, and third light-transmitting openings, respectively. A size of each third light-transmitting opening is larger than or equal to a size of each second light-transmitting opening, and the size of each second light-transmitting opening is larger than a size of each first light-transmitting opening. Alternatively, the size of each third light-transmitting opening is larger than the size of each second light-transmitting opening, and the size of each second light-transmitting opening is larger than or equal to the size of each first light-transmitting opening.

Image capture apparatus

An image capturing apparatus including a sensor, an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display panel, and a collimator is provided. The OLED display panel is disposed on an image capturing side of the sensor. The collimator is disposed between the OLED display panel and the sensor. The collimator includes a plurality of collimating devices overlapped with each other. Each of the collimating devices includes a transparent substrate and a light absorbing layer disposed on the transparent substrate. The light absorbing layer includes a plurality of light passing openings, and the light passing openings expose sensing areas of the sensor.

A fingerprint identification module includes a cover plate, a fingerprint identification sensor, at least one light source, a plurality of fibers, and a display device. The cover plate has an inner surface and an outer surface opposite to the inner surface. The fingerprint identification sensor and the at least one light source are located under the inner surface, and the at least one light source is located adjacent to the fingerprint identification sensor. The fibers are arranged in an array and are located between the cover plate and the fingerprint identification sensor. Each of the fibers has a light incident surface facing the inner surface and inclined relative to the inner surface. An optical axis of each of the fibers is perpendicular to the inner surface of the cover plate. The display device is located between the cover plate and the plurality of fibers.
