This application relates to the field of battery technologies, and provides a battery module, a battery pack, and an automobile. The battery module includes two or more battery cells; a module frame, including an end plate and a side plate. The end plate and the side plate form the module frame for fixing the two or more battery cells and a cell management unit is disposed on the end plate and connected to a sampling line of the two or more battery cells. The cell management unit is disposed on the end plate inside the module frame, which facilitates wiring of the sampling line of the battery cells, thus ensuring an effective energy density of the battery module and balancing the wiring of the sampling line of the battery cells and the energy density of the battery module.

This application provides a battery module including a first battery sequence, a second battery sequence, a first output electrode component, a second output electrode component, and a busbar assembly. The first batteries include a first electrode terminal, and the second batteries include a second electrode terminal. The busbar assembly includes first, second, and third busbar components. The first busbar component is connected to the first electrode terminal, the second busbar component is connected to the second electrode terminal, and the third busbar component connects the first electrode terminal and the second electrode terminal. The first output electrode component is connected to the first electrode terminal. The second output electrode component is connected to the second electrode terminal. The first battery connected to the first output electrode component and the second battery connected to the second output electrode component are located at the same end of the battery module.

Battery module

The present disclosure relates to a battery module and a battery pack. The battery module includes a plurality of battery units connected in series; at least two electrode output connecting pieces each disposed at an output end of the plurality of battery units; a plurality of bridging busbars, each connecting two battery units spaced by one or more other battery units among the plurality of battery units; and an adjacent busbar connecting two adjacent battery units among the plurality of battery units. An electrical connection path is formed in the battery module by the electrode output connecting pieces, the bridging busbars and the adjacent busbar. The battery module according to the present disclosure is applicable in diverse situations, and capable of improving safety performance and energy density.

Battery module and battery pack

The present disclosure provides a battery module and a busbar assembly thereof. The busbar assembly comprises a first busbar, a second busbar and a first insulator. The first busbar comprises a first connecting portion connected to a first battery unit, a second connecting portion connected to a second battery unit and a first main portion connecting the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion. The second busbar comprises a third connecting portion connected to a third battery unit, a fourth connecting portion connected to a fourth battery unit and a second main portion connecting the third connecting portion and the fourth connecting portion. The first main portion partially overlaps the second main portion, and the first insulator insulates the second main portion and the first main portion. The first battery unit, the third battery unit, the second battery unit and the fourth battery unit are arranged sequentially.

Battery module and busbar assembly thereof

The present disclosure provides a battery module and a protecting assembly thereof. The protecting assembly comprises a base and an upper cover. The base is fixed to an end plate, a receiving cavity is formed between the upper cover and the base. An outputting electrode piece extends into the receiving cavity. The base comprises a basic body and a first side plate, the first side plate extends from the basic body, the basic body are provided with first grooves. The upper cover comprises a top wall, a first side wall extending downwardly from the top wall, a second side wall extending downwardly from the top wall and a limiting wall extending downwardly from the second side wall and inclined. The limiting wall is inserted into the first groove, the first side wall latches with the first side plate.

Battery module and protecting assembly thereof

The present disclosure provides a battery module, a busbar and a busbar assembly thereof. The busbar comprises a first connecting portion, a second connecting portion and a first main portion. The first connecting portion is connected to a first battery of the battery module, the second connecting portion is connected to a second battery. The first main portion connects the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, and the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are positioned at the same side of the first main portion in a transverse direction. The first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are spaced from each other in a longitudinal direction, and a first slit is formed between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion. The first main portion is provided with a first notch, the first notch is communicated with the first slit.

Battery module, busbar and busbar assembly thereof

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a battery pack, a battery module and an output electrode base. The output electrode base includes a base body and a connector, and the connector is a metal structure; the connector includes a securing member and a connecting post, the securing member is secured in the base body, and the connecting post protrudes from the base body; an output electrode connection piece of the battery module is provided with a first installing hole, and the connecting post passes through the first installing hole to be connected with the output electrode connection piece.

Output electrode base, battery module and battery pack

The present disclosure provides a battery module, which comprises: a harness isolation board provided with a mounting groove; an output pole connection sheet; and a fixing assembly. The fixing assembly comprises: a connecting member placed in the mounting groove to be fixed on the harness isolation board; and a fastening member securely connected to the connecting member and fixing the output pole connection sheet. The connecting member and the fastening member are separately formed and securely connected together, the fastening member is fixed on the harness isolation board via the connecting member, thus the fixing manner between the connecting member and the harness isolation board is not related to the fastening member, and in turn it only needs to improve the structure of the connecting member and the harness isolation board to enhance the connecting strength and the anti-torque effect between the fixing assembly and the harness isolation board.

The present invention provides a battery module, including: a plurality of power batteries, module casing, separating plate, battery connecting strips, detecting terminals and cell module controller; the power batteries are disposed in module casing, separating plate is arranged above power batteries, through-holes are arranged on separating plate corresponding to electrode terminals of power batteries, battery connecting strips are arranged above separating plate, and are connected with electrode terminals of power batteries through through-holes, so that all power batteries are electrically connected, cell module controller is arranged above separating plate, press-fit holes are provided on cell module controller, terminal connecting portion is arranged on battery connecting strip, detecting terminal is located between separating plate and cell module controller, one end of detecting terminal is connected with terminal connecting portion, the other end of detecting terminal is provided with press-fit contact, press-fit contact is connected in press-fit with press-fit hole.
