An organic semiconductor mixture and an organic optoelectronic device containing the same are provided. A n-type organic semiconductor compound in the organic semiconductor mixture has a novel chemical structure so that the mixture has good thermal stability and property difference during batch production is also minimized. The organic semiconductor mixture is applied to organic optoelectronic devices such as organic photovoltaic devices for providing good energy conversion efficiency while in use.

Organic semiconductor mixture and organic optoelectronic device containing the same

A semiconductor mixed material comprises an electron donor, a first electron acceptor and a second electron acceptor. The first electron donor is a conjugated polymer. The energy gap of the first electron acceptor is less than 1.4 eV. At least one of the molecular stackability, π-π*stackability, and crystallinity of the second electron acceptor is smaller than the first electron acceptor. The electron donor system is configured to be a matrix to blend the first electron acceptor and the second electron acceptor. The present invention also provides an organic electronic device including the semiconductor mixed material.

Semiconductor mixed material and application thereof

An organic semiconducting compound and an organic photoelectric component containing the same are provided. The organic semiconducting compound has a novel chemical structure to make the organic semiconducting compound have good response to the infrared light. The organic semiconducting compound can be applied to the organic photoelectric components such as organic photodetector (OPD), organic photovoltaic (OPV) cell, and organic field-effect transistor (OFET). Thus, the organic photoelectric components have better light absorption range and photoelectric response while in use.

The first electrode is a transparent electrode. The active layer includes a conjugated polymer material, which includes a structure of formula I: wherein R0, R0′, R0″, R0′″, Y1 and Y2 can be the same or different from each other, and independently selected from one of the following groups and their derivatives: C1-C30 alkyl, C3-C30 branched alkyl, C1-C30 silyl, C2-C30 ester, C1-C30 alkoxy, C1-C30 alkylthio, C1-C30 haloalkyl, C2-C30 olefin, C2-C30 alkyne, C2-C30 carbon chain containing cyano, C1-C30 carbon chain containing nitro, C1-C30 carbon chain containing hydroxyl, C3-C30 carbon chain containing keto, halogen, cyano, and hydrogen. The organic photovoltaic device of the present invention has good power conversion efficiency.

Conjugated polymer material and organic photovoltaic device using the same

Organic photoelectric device comprises a first electrode, a first carrier transfer layer, an active layer, a second carrier transfer layer and a second electrode. The first electrode is a transparent electrode. The active layer includes at least one organic semiconductor material including a structure such as Formula I: The second carrier transfer layer is composed between the active layer and the second electrode. When X1 and X2 are selected from one of Si, Ge and derivatives thereof, the active layer further includes an organic solvent, and the solubility of the organic solvent to the active layer is not less than 5 mg/mL. When X1 and X2 are selected from one of C and its derivatives, the active layer further includes an additive. The power conversion efficiency of the organic photoelectric device of the present invention can be up to more than 14%.
