A lens module and an electronic device include a lens barrel and an optical component. The lens barrel includes a barrel wall and a clamping member protruding from a first inner side wall of the barrel wall. The clamping member includes a second inner side wall close to the optical axis. The second inner side wall of the clamping member is a sloped surface on a section paralleled to the optical axis, and the sloped surface is inclined from the object side to the image side toward a direction close to the optical axis. The clamping member is resisted against an outer side of the optical component. Thus, when the optical component is engaged with the clamping member, a single optical component can be smoothly fixed and arranged on the clamping member at the corresponding position.

Lens module and electronic device

A lens module and an electronic device including the lens module are provided. The lens module includes a lens group and a lens barrel, and the lens group includes a plurality of lenses sequentially arranged from an object side to an image side; the lens barrel comprising an first wall enclosing a receiving cavity for receiving the lens group, and an inner side wall extending from an end of the first wall near the image side away from the lens group, a plurality of first light-extinction grooves arranged in an array are provided on the inner side wall, and each of the first light-extinction grooves extends along an axial direction of the lens barrel.

Provided are a lens and a lens assembly. The lens includes a first surface, a second surface opposite to the first surface, and a connection surface connecting the first surface with the second surface. The connection surface includes a first outer edge surface, a second outer edge surface, and a third outer edge surface. The first to third outer edge surfaces are all inclined towards an optical axis, at least one has an inclination angle larger than or equal to 10&#xb0; and smaller than 60&#xb0;, and at least another one has an inclination angle larger than 0&#xb0; and smaller than 10&#xb0;. Alternatively, at least one of the first to third outer edge surfaces is parallel to the optical axis, the other two are inclined towards the optical axis and include at least one having an inclination angle larger than or equal to 10&#xb0; and smaller than 60&#xb0;.

Lens and lens assembly

A lens module, including: a lens barrel, a first lens group having at least one lens and accommodated in the lens barrel, a spacer provided at an end of the lens barrel close to an image side, and a second lens group having at least one lens and accommodated in the spacer, the lens barrel includes a first barrel wall forming a light aperture, a second barrel wall bending and extending from the first barrel wall, the lens barrel further includes a first inner wall and a first outer wall corresponding to the first inner wall, the spacer includes a second inner wall and a second outer wall corresponding to the second inner wall, the lens barrel is fitted and fixed with the spacer. The lens module provided by the present disclosure can be assembled section by section, which is more convenient and makes the module structure more stable.

Lens module

The present disclosure provides a lens module. The lens module includes a lens barrel provided with a light through hole and defining a receiving space; a lens group having a plurality of lenses and disposed in the receiving space; and a pressing ring disposed on an image side of the lens group. The plurality of lenses has a common optical axis. The lens barrel includes an inner side surface facing the optical axis. The inner side surface is provided with a plurality of extinction structures surrounding both the pressing ring and a lens of the plurality of lenses closest to the image side. The plurality of extinction structures is arranged in sequence in a direction from the object side towards the image side. Each of the plurality of extinction structures extends from the inner side surface towards the optical axis and has a triangular cross section.

Provided is a lens module including a lens, a lens barrel for accommodating the lens, a lens seat, and an optical filter disposed in the lens seat. The optical filter divides a space defined by the lens barrel and the lens seat into a first space and a second space. The first space is located at an object side of the optical filter, and the second space is located at the image side of the optical filter. The lens seat is provided with an exhaust channel communicating the first space with the outside. An air guiding groove is formed by recessing from installation surface towards the object side and communicates the second space with the exhaust channel. The air guiding groove includes a first groove close to the first space and a second groove extending from an end of the first groove while being bent towards the inner ring surface.

The present disclosure relates to the field of optical lenses, and discloses a lens module. In the present disclosure, the lens module includes a lens barrel, a first lens disposed in the lens barrel, and a light shading member disposed in the lens barrel and abutting against the first lens. The first lens includes an optical portion for imaging and a supporting portion surrounding the optical portion. The supporting portion is recessed from an object side towards an image side to form a receiving portion. The light shading member is at least partially disposed in the receiving portion in a direction of an optical axis. The lens module according to the present disclosure can facilitate achieving a miniaturized design.

The present disclosure provides a lens module, including a lens barrel and a lens group. The lens group including at least one lens, and the lens barrel including an inside surface and an outside surface. The lens includes an optical portion and a bearing portion. The bearing portion includes an object side, an image side, a lateral surface and an inclined surface. The inside surface includes a first abutting surface, an extend surface and a second abutting surface, the lateral surface abutting against the first abutting surface, the lateral surface is provided with a protrusion extending from the lateral surface towards the second abutting surface. The protrusion is separated from the second abutting surface. The protrusion, the lateral surface, the extend surface and the second abutting surface form a first adhesive accommodation slot, and the inclined surface, the protrusion and the second abutting surface form a second adhesive accommodation slot.

The present disclosure relates to the field of optical lenses and discloses a lens module. The lens module includes a lens barrel, a first lens disposed on an object side of the lens barrel, and a fixing member pressing the first lens on the lens barrel from an object side of the first lens. The fixing member includes a top wall pressing the first lens, and a side wall extending from an outer edge of the top wall towards an image side and fixedly connected to an outer edge of the lens barrel. The top wall and the side wall define a receiving space. The receiving space receives a part of the first lens. The fixing member is provided with notches penetrating the top wall and communicating with the receiving space. The notches are filled with glue. The glue adheres and fixes the lens barrel to the fixing member.

The present disclosure provides a lens module. The lens module includes a lens and a bearing seat matching connected to the lens; the lens includes a lens barrel, the lens barrel includes a first barrel provided with an optical aperture and a second barrel wall bending and extending from the first barrel wall; the bearing seat includes a surrounding wall around the second barrel wall; the lens is assembled on the bearing seat, the lens and the surrounding wall form an adhesive accommodating slot. The second barrel wall and the surrounding wall are bonded via the adhesive accommodating slot. Compared with related technologies, the lens module of the present disclosure occupies a smaller space, increases a screen-to-body ratio of an electronic product, and has low production difficulty.

The present disclosure provides a lens module comprising a lens barrel, a lens received in the lens barrel, and a pressure ring configured for fixedly holding the lens in the lens barrel, wherein, the lens barrel comprises a primary barrel wall and a secondary barrel wall extending from a end of the primary barrel wall to an optical axis and forming a light through hole, wherein, the primary barrel wall comprises a first annular groove disposed on an inner wall adjacent to the lens, the lens fits with the first annular groove to form a pressure ring position, and the pressure ring is partly received in the pressure ring position. Compared with related art, the lens module provided by the present disclosure has higher reliability.

The present disclosure provides a lens module comprising a lens barrel, a lens group, a light shielding plate and a first light shielding sheet received in the lens barrel, the lens barrel comprises a first barrel wall and a second barrel wall, the lens group comprises a first lens disposed away from the first barrel wall and a second lens, the light shielding plate is located between the first lens and the second lens, the second barrel wall comprises an annular groove provided in an inner wall thereof, the light shielding plate is partly received in the groove, the light shielding plate comprises a top surface adjacent to the object side, the top surface partly supports the second lens, the light shielding plate, the second lens and the groove jointly form an accommodation space, and the first light shielding sheet is completely received in the accommodation space.

The present disclosure relates to a lens coating fixture. The lens coating fixture includes: a fixture upper plate and a fixture lower plate that is arranged to be opposite to the fixture upper late and clamps a lens to be coated together with the fixture upper plate; wherein the fixture upper plate is provided with a plurality of first lends receiving holes, the fixture lower plate is provided with a plurality of second lens receiving holes that correspond to the first lens receiving holes and have the same size with the first lens receiving holes, the fixture upper plate is provided with recess portions surrounding the first lends receiving holes, protrusion portions are arranged at positions of the fixture lower plate corresponding to the recess portions, the protrusion portions being configured to be received in the recess portions when the fixture upper plate and the fixture lower plate are attached.

Lens coating fixture

The present disclosure provides a lens coating fixture which comprises an upper plate and a lower plate disposed opposite to the upper plate and holding the lens to be coated together, the upper plate is provided with a plurality of first lens receiving holes, the lower plate is provided with a second lens receiving hole corresponding to each of the first lens receiving holes, and the upper plate is provided with a recessed portion surrounding the first lens receiving hole, the recessed portion communicating with the first lens receiving hole, the lower plate is provided with a convex portion at a position corresponding to the concave portion, and the convex portion is embedded in the recessed portion and abuts against the object side or the image side of the non-image-forming area of the lens to be coated.

The present disclosure relates to the field of optical lenses, and provides a lens module. The lens module includes a lens barrel, a lens disposed at an object side of the lens barrel, and a fixing part for pressing the lens against the lens barrel from an object side of the lens. The fixing part includes an inner wall surface enclosing a receiving space, in which the lens and an end of the lens barrel adjacent to an object side are received. The inner wall surface includes an abutting portion abutting against the lens, and a non-abutting portion spaced apart from the lens. Glue is filled between the abutting portion and the lens. The lens module provided by the present disclosure has a relatively higher reliability.
