Disclosed is a dye sensitized solar cell (DSSC) including a substrate having a dye sensitized layer thereon, an opposite substrate having a catalyst layer thereon, a spacer disposed between the substrate and the opposite substrate to define a space, and an electrolyte in the space. The spacer is formed by reacting a photo curable glue including a main oligomer, a photo initiator, a photo curing accelerator agent, a softener, an adhesion enhancer, and a chemical resistance additive.

Dye sensitized solar cell

Methods for fabricating electrode structures on a substrate are presented. The fabrication method includes providing a substrate with a patterned metal layer thereon, defining an electrode area. A passivation glue is formed on the patterned metal layer. An electrode layer is formed in the electrode area. A filling process is performed to deposit nano metal oxides on the electrode layer to extensively fill the entire electrode area.

Method of fabricating electrode structures on substrate

A dielectric material composition including a metal oxide represented by a general formula, YMMnMO. Mis Y, Ho, Er, Yb, Tm, or Lu. Mis Ti, Zr, V, Mo, Mg, Cu, or Zn. X is a number of 0 to 1. Y is a number of 0 to 1. The metal oxide is of high dielectric constant and has the properties of ferroelectricity, piezoelectricity, and pyroelectricity.
