A zoom projection lens with eleven lens elements is provided. The zoom projection lens sequentially includes a first lens group, a second lens group, a third lens group, an aperture stop, a fourth lens group and a fifth lens group along an optical axis from a screen side to an image source side. The first lens group has a negative refractive power and includes three lens elements. The second lens group has a positive refractive power and includes one lens element. The third lens group has a positive refractive power and includes one lens element. The fourth lens group has a negative refractive power and includes four lens elements. The fifth lens group has a positive refractive power and includes two lens elements. A first lens element in the first lens group is an aspheric lens made of plastic.

Zoom projection lens

A HMD device including a display, a first waveguide element and a second waveguide element is provided. The first waveguide element comprises a first light incident surface, a first light emerging surface and a plurality of first light splitting elements. An image beam is incident to the first waveguide element through the first light incident surface, and leaves the first waveguide element through the first light emerging surface. The second waveguide element comprises a second light incident surface, a second light emerging surface and a plurality of second light splitting elements. The image beam is incident to the second waveguide element through the second light incident surface. The image beam leaves through the second light emerging surface and is projected to the projection target. A reflectivity of the None of the second light splitting elements is smaller than or equal to a reflectivity of the (N+1)one of the second light splitting elements.

Head-mounted display device

A near eye display device includes a display and a first waveguide element, the first waveguide element including a light incoming surface, a light exiting surface, a reflective inclined surface and beam splitting elements. An image beam provided by the display enters the first waveguide element via the light incoming surface and is reflected by the reflective inclined surface in the first waveguide element to the beam splitting elements, and is split by the beam splitting elements and leaves the first waveguide element via the light exiting surface. The reflective inclined surface has a first reflectivity distribution in a first incident angle range and a second reflectivity distribution in a second incident angle range. An angle in the second incident angle range is greater than an angle in the first incident angle range, and the first reflectivity distribution has a greater reflectivity average value than the second reflectivity distribution.

Near eye display device

A near-eye display device includes an image system and a first waveguide member. The image system is configured to provide an image beam. The first waveguide member is disposed on a transmission path of the image beam and includes a first surface, a second surface, a first light incident end, and a plurality of first light-splitting surfaces. The first light incident end is located on a side of the first surface and the second surface. The image beam enters the first waveguide member through the first light incident end. The first light-splitting surfaces are configured in a tilted manner relative to the first surface and the second surface. On a side away from the first light incident end when taking a visual axis of the direct-vision of an eye of a user as a baseline, a plurality of first gaps increase as located farther from the first light incident end.

Near-eye display device

A projection device includes at least one projection module and at least one adjusting structure. The projection module has an optical axis and is adapted to emit an image beam. The image beam is transmitted to a projection target to form a projection image. The adjusting structure includes a base and an adjusting component. The adjusting component is rotatably connected to the base along a first axis, and the projection module is rotatably connected to the adjusting component along the optical axis. The adjusting component and the projection module are adapted to rotate along the first axis such that the projection image moves vertically, and the projection module is adapted to rotate along the optical axis such that the projection image rotates.

Projection device

A fixed-focus projection lens including a first lens group, an aperture stop and a second lens group arranged sequentially along an optical axis of the fixed-focus projection lens in a direction from an outgoing side to an incoming side. The first lens group includes a first lens element to the sixth lens element arranged sequentially along the optical axis in a direction from the outgoing side to the incoming side. The second lens group includes a seventh lens element to an eleventh lens element arranged sequentially along the optical axis in a direction from the outgoing side to the incoming side. The material of the first lens element is plastic. The material of the second lens element to the eleventh lens element is glass. The fixed-focus projection lens of the disclosure has a smaller size, good optical quality and good durability of high temperature.

Fixed-focus projection lens

An optical waveguide apparatus including an optical waveguide element and an optical recycling element is provided. The optical waveguide element includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The first surface or the second surface includes an optical structure. An incident light enters the optical waveguide element via the first surface and is transmitted to the second surface. The optical recycling element is disposed on the second surface of the optical waveguide element. The incident light is transmitted to the optical recycling element via the second surface. The optical recycling element changes a transmission direction of the incident light to generate a recycled light. The recycled light enters the optical waveguide element via the second surface and is transmitted to the first surface.

Optical waveguide apparatus and display

An imaging module includes a display element, a prism and an image displacement device. The display element includes an active display surface. The prism includes an optical surface. The image displacement device is disposed between the display element and the prism. The image displacement device includes an optical element, a carrier, a base and at least one actuator. The optical element is disposed on the carrier. The at least one actuator drives the optical element on the carrier to swing relative to the base.

Projection device and imaging module thereof

A projection device including at least one projection module and at least one adjusting structure is provided. The projection module has at least one optical axis. The projection module is adapted to provide an image beam. The image beam is transmitted along a light transmission path to a projection target and forms a projection image. The adjusting structure is connected to the projection module. The adjusting structure is adapted to drive at least a part of the projection module to rotate along the optical axis such that the projection image rotates.

Projection device and projection method

A projection apparatus including an image device and an illumination system is provided. The image device is configured to convert a first illumination beam into an image beam. The illumination system includes a light source, a collimating lens element and a light homogenizing element. The light source provides an illumination beam. The illumination beam sequentially passes through the collimating lens element and the light homogenizing element and is transmitted to the image device. The light source includes a solid-state illuminating source array. The solid-state illuminating source array includes a plurality of solid-state illuminating sources arranged in an array. The image beam exits the projection apparatus and is converged to a stop. The stop is located outside the projection apparatus. Moreover, a head-mounted display device including the projection apparatus is also provided. A display image provided by the head-mounted display device has uniform brightness and chrominance.

Projection apparatus and head-mounted display device

A projection device including at least one projection module, at least one reflecting element, and at least one adjusting structure is provided. The projection module has at least one optical axis. The projection module is adapted to provide a projection beam. The projection beam is transmitted along a light transmission path to a projection target to form a projection image. The reflecting element is disposed between the at least one projection module and the projection target and located on the optical axis and has a reflecting surface, wherein the reflecting surface is adapted to reflect the projection beam to the projection target. The adjusting structure is connected to the projection module and the reflecting element. The adjusting structure is adapted to drive the projection module and the reflecting element to rotate along a second axis such that the projection image rotates.

Projection device having adjusting structure

A projection device including at least one projection module, at least one reflecting element, and at least one adjusting structure is provided. The projection module has at least one optical axis. The projection module is adapted to provide a projection beam. The projection beam is transmitted along a light transmission path to a projection target to form a projection image. The reflecting element is disposed between the at least one projection module and the projection target and located on the optical axis and has a reflecting surface, wherein the reflecting surface is adapted to reflect the projection beam to the projection target. The adjusting structure is connected to the reflecting element. The adjusting structure is adapted to drive the reflecting element to rotate along a first axis such that the projection image moves horizontally.

Projection device with adjusting structure for moving directions of projection image

An optical system including a first optical waveguide device, and a second optical waveguide device is provided. The first optical waveguide device includes a first light entering surface, a first light exiting surface and a first beam splitter. An image light emitted from the display enters the first optical waveguide device through the first light entering surface. The second optical waveguide device includes a second light entering surface, a second light exiting surface and a second beam splitter. The second light entering surface faces the first light exiting surface. A gap is formed between the second light entering surface and the first light exiting surface. Besides, a head-mounted display using the optical system described above is also provided.

Head-mounted display apparatus and optical system

A HMD device includes an illumination system, a display device, a lens module and a waveguide system. The illumination system includes an aperture stop. The display device converts an illumination beam into an image beam. The waveguide system guides the image beam, and projects the image beam to a projection target. The waveguide system includes a first waveguide element and a second waveguide element. The image beam is projected to the projection target through the lens module, the first and the second waveguide elements, and is converged to a first stop within the first waveguide element. The first stop is located in the first waveguide element. The image beam is projected to a second stop outside the second waveguide element. The second stop is located at the projection target. The illumination beam is converged to a third stop within the illumination system. The aperture stop is located at the third stop.

A HMD device including a display device, a first waveguide element and a second waveguide element is provided. An image beam is projected to a projection target. The first waveguide element includes a plurality of first light splitting elements. The image beam coming from the display device is incident to the first waveguide element through a first light incident surface. The image beam is convergent to a first stop in the first waveguide element. The image beam leaves the first waveguide element through the first light exiting surface. The first stop is located in the first waveguide element. The second waveguide element includes a plurality of second light splitting elements. The image beam coming from the first waveguide element is incident to the second waveguide element through the second light incident surface.
