A diffuser, an airflow generating apparatus, and an electrical device are provided. The airflow generating apparatus includes a motor; an impeller including blades with air passages formed therebetween; and a diffuser including diffusing vanes with diffusing channels formed therebetween. In a flow region defined between a terminating end of one diffusing vane and a starting end of another adjacent diffusing vane, an intersection line between a bottom of the diffusing channel between the two diffusing vanes and its circumferential section includes a front arcuate line segment and a subsequent straight line segment, the arcuate line segment extends curvedly, outwardly and downwardly from or from adjacent an inlet end of the diffusing channel, the straight line segment connects to the arcuate line segment and extends to an outlet end of the diffusing channel. The diffusing channel is designed to improve the operating efficiency of the airflow generating apparatus.

Diffuser, airflow generating apparatus, and electrical device

A fan of a vacuum cleaner includes a motor, an impeller, and a diffuser. The diffuser includes a bottom plate and guide vanes disposed on the bottom plate. The guide vanes are evenly spaced and arranged along a circumferential direction of the bottom plate. Each guide vane extends obliquely from an inner edge to an outer edge of the bottom plate. An outer end of each guide vane extends beyond the outer edge of the bottom plate. Each guide vane is deflected an angle of 30 to 70 degrees with respect to a tangential direction of the bottom plate at the inner end of the guide vane. The outer end of each guide vane is deflected an angle of 35 to 120 degrees along a circumferential direction with respect to the inner end of the guide vane.

Fan, diffuser, and vacuum cleaner having the same

An impeller includes a back cover plate, and vanes and a hub disposed on the back cover plate. The impeller further includes a sealing ring disposed on one end of the impeller away from the back cover plate. A pump using the impeller includes a volute housing and a driving device. The volute housing includes a diffusor chamber, an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe. The impeller is rotatably received in the diffusor chamber and connected to the driving device. A baffle portion is disposed on an end wall in the diffusor chamber adjacent the inlet pipe. The baffle portion engages with the sealing ring to prevent back flow of the fluid. The pump has enhanced fluid delivery efficiency. The back cover plate may further define arc strip-shaped balance holes for reducing an axial force applied to the impeller, such that rotation of the impeller is more stable.

Impeller and pump using the impeller

A noise reduction diffuser for an electric blower has a motor holder and a rear cover fitted to the motor holder. The motor holder includes a sidewall and a bottom portion at one end of the sidewall. The other end of the sidewall has an opening for mounting an electric motor inside the sidewall. An output shaft of the motor extends through the bottom portion for driving a fan. The motor holder and the rear cover form a Helmholtz resonance cavity.

Noise reduction diffuser for an electric blower

A liquid pump has a pump housing defining a pump chamber. A motor is accommodated within the pump housing and separated from the pump chamber by an end cap. An impeller disposed within the pump chamber is driven by the motor. The pump chamber has an inlet and one or more outlets. The outlets are located on a sidewall of the pump chamber and extend in a direction substantially tangential to an outer circumference of the pump chamber. Each outlet has a first end near the pump chamber, and a second end remote from the pump chamber. A cross-sectional area Sof the first end is smaller than a cross-sectional area Sof the second end, forming a diffuser within the outlet.

Pump

A diffuser includes a body and diffusion blades disposed at a circumferential edge of the body. The body includes an air inlet side and an air outlet side. Each diffusion blade has an inclined guide surface. The guide surface has a starting end at the air inlet side of the body and a terminating end adjacent the air outlet side of the body. The guide surface extends from the starting end to the terminating end along a circumferential path and has a width gradually increasing from the starting ending to the terminating end. The diffuser further includes air outlets at the terminating ends of the guide surfaces. Each air outlet fluidly connects the terminating end of a corresponding one of the guide surfaces and the air outlet side of the body. A blower employing the diffuser is also provided.

Diffuser

An electric pump has a pump casing, a sealing plate, an impeller and a motor for driving the impeller. The pump casing has a main body. A recess is formed in the main body and with the sealing plate defines a pump chamber. A suction port is connected to the pump chamber by a suction channel and a suction passage formed in the main body. A discharge port is connected to the pump chamber by a discharge channel. The suction passage extends axially from the recess. The recess, suction passage, suction channel and discharge channel are all shaped in a manner allowing the pump casing can be molded as a monolithic structure in a single injection molding process.

Circulation pump

A particle separator includes a particle separation member to separate particles from liquid; a particle collection member for collecting particles from the particle separation member; and a liquid guiding member for guiding liquid flowing from the particle separation member to an outlet. The particle separation member includes an inlet for receiving un-clean liquid, a first separation section configured for preliminarily separating particles from the liquid, and a second separation section for separating further particles from liquid flowing from the first separation section. The second separation section includes a plurality of cyclones each having a wide open end connected to the first separation section and a narrow open end connected to the particle collection member.

Particle separator

A particle separation device includes a particle separation member having a plurality of conical cavities each having a narrow open end and a wide open end for separating particles from unclean liquid; a fluid distribution member for distributing the liquid to the cavities; a particle collection member for collecting particles; and a fluid guiding member for guiding cleaned liquid from the particle separation member to an outlet of the device. The particle collection member includes a chamber and a magnet for holding particles inside the chamber. A vortex finder is disposed in each of the cavities. The vortex finder has a skirt portion and a distal end having a reduced wall thickness.

Particle separation device

A centrifugal pump has an electric motor, an impeller driven by the motor and a spiral volute. The impeller has an annular base plate and a plurality of vanes arranged on the base plate. The spiral volute has an inlet, an outlet and an impeller chamber in which the impeller is disposed. The inlet extends outwardly from a top wall of the volute. The outlet extends outwardly from a side wall of the volute in the spiral direction of the volute. The spiral volute has a wrap angle between 360 to 460 degrees. A washing apparatus incorporating the centrifugal pump is also provided.

Centrifugal pump

A household appliance has a container for receiving working material and a housing that is isolated from the container by a wall. A rotatable working tool disposed inside the container. A motor for driving the working tool has a stator and a rotor. The stator is disposed within the housing so as to be isolated from the working material of the container. The rotor is disposed within the container and the working tool is preferably fixed to a shaft of the rotor.

Household appliance

A blower for a vacuum cleaner has a diffuser with an increased efficiency by coupling the attack angle A of the diffuser vanes with the attack angle B of the return guide vanes where angle A is between 4&#xb0; and 6&#xb0; and angle B is between 6&#xb0; and 20&#xb0;.

Blower

A display device comprises a housing, an image capture device and a screen mounted to the housing. A drive platform is mounted to the housing. The drive platform comprises: a rotatable part to which the image capture device is mounted; a stationary part having a chamber to receive the rotatable part and a capture window to expose the image capture device; and at least one piezoelectric motor which rotates the rotatable part to pan and tilt the image capture device within the capture window.
