An electronic device includes a panel having a working area and a peripheral area, signal lines, sub-pixels, bio-sensor units, a first switch unit and a second switch unit. The signal lines are disposed on the panel and have a first signal line and a second signal line. The sub-pixels and the bio-sensor units are disposed in the working area. The sub-pixels have a first sub-pixel and a second sub-pixel. The bio-sensor units have a first bio-sensor unit which is electrically connected to the first signal line. The first switch unit and the second switch unit are disposed in the peripheral area and respectively electrically connected to the first sub-pixel and the second sub-pixel through the first signal line and the second signal line. A first time period that the first switch unit is turned on is longer than a second time period that the second switch unit is turned on.

Electronic device

An electronic device having a light emitting region includes a base, a data line disposed on the base, a driving element disposed on the base, a light emitting element disposed on the base and corresponding to the light emitting region, an optical sensing element configured to sense a light and generate a signal, and a signal line electrically connected to the optical sensing element and configured to transmit the signal. At least a portion of the data line is corresponding to the light emitting region. The signal line is overlapped with the data line.

An electronic device including a panel is provided. The present disclosure provides an electronic device including a first sensing unit, a first transistor coupled to the first sensing unit, a second transistor coupled to the first transistor, a second sensing unit, a third transistor coupled to the second sensing unit, a fourth transistor coupled to the third transistor, a first signal line coupled to the second transistor and the fourth transistor, and a power line coupled to the first transistor and the third transistor, in which the power line is disposed between the first sensing unit and the second sensing unit.

A display device includes a substrate, a photosensitive element formed above the substrate, a signal line formed above the substrate, and a transparent conductive member electrically connected to the signal line and the photosensitive element. In a normal direction of the substrate, the signal line does not overlap with the photosensitive element.

Display device

A display device includes a backlight module and a display panel. The display panel is disposed on the backlight module and includes two substrates, a sensor, and a light-shielding element. The sensor is disposed between the two substrates. The light-shielding element at least partially surrounds the sensor. A height of the light-shielding element is greater than a height of the sensor.

A display device including a substrate including a display region, an ambient light sensing element, and an ambient light sensing signal line is provided by the present disclosure. The substrate includes a metal line, wherein at least a portion of the metal line is disposed in the display region. The ambient light sensing signal line is electrically connected to the ambient light sensing element and partially overlapped with the at least a portion of the metal line in a top view direction.

Display device having ambient light sensing element

The present disclosure provides an electronic device including a first sensing circuit, a second sensing circuit and a power line. The first sensing circuit includes a first sensing unit and a first transistor, and a first end of the first sensing unit is coupled to a control end of the first transistor. The second sensing circuit includes a second sensing unit and a second transistor, and a first end of the second sensing unit is coupled to a control end of the second transistor. A first end of the first transistor and a first end of the second transistor are coupled to the power line.

A fingerprint identification module and a fingerprint identification device are provided. The fingerprint identification module includes a color filter substrate and a protective cover. The color filter substrate includes a first shading member. The protective cover is disposed on the color filter substrate and includes a second shading member. The second shading member faces the color filter substrate. There is a gap between the first shading member and the second shading member in a thickness direction of the fingerprint identification module, and the gap is within a range of 0.2 mm to 0.7 mm.

Fingerprint identification device

A display device including a substrate, a gate driving circuit, at least one ambient light sensing element and at least one ambient light sensing signal line is provided by the present disclosure. The substrate includes a peripheral region, and the gate driving circuit, the ambient light sensing element and the ambient light sensing signal line are disposed in the peripheral region. The ambient light sensing signal line is electrically connected to the ambient light sensing element, wherein the ambient light sensing signal line at least partially overlaps the gate driving circuit in a top view direction of the substrate.

A backlight module is provided. The backlight module is used for a display panel having a camera region. The backlight module may be operated in display mode or camera mode. The backlight module includes multiple light emitting units. When the backlight module is operating in the display mode, the light emitting units are all turned on. When the backlight module is operating in the camera mode, a portion of the light emitting units corresponding to the camera region of the display panel is turned off, and another portion of the light emitting units is turned on.

Backlight module

A method for enabling an electronic device to receive a fingerprint data and an electronic device are disclosed. The electronic device includes a display unit and a sensing unit, and the display unit includes a green sub-pixel, a blue sub-pixel and a red sub-pixel. The method includes the following steps: the green sub-pixel of the display unit being in an on state, the blue sub-pixel and the red sub-pixel of the display unit being in off state; producing a visible light by the display unit; using the sensing unit to sense a reflected portion of the visible light; and receiving the fingerprint data from the sensing unit.

Method for enabling electronic device to receive fingerprint data and electronic device thereof

A display device and a mobile device are provided. The display device includes a display panel, a backlight module, and a switchable diffuser. The backlight module has a first region and a second region. The backlight module includes a reflector and optical layers. The reflector includes a non-reflecting portion in the first region and a reflecting portion in the second region. The optical layers are disposed on the reflector. The switchable diffuser is disposed between the display panel and the backlight module. At least one of the optical layers includes different structures in the first region and the second region.

A display device including a display panel is provided. The display panel includes a first substrate, a first transistor, a sensing element, a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer. The first transistor is disposed on the first substrate. The sensing element is disposed on the first substrate and electrically connected to the first transistor. The sensing element includes a first-type semiconductor layer, an insulation layer and a second-type semiconductor layer. The insulation layer is disposed on the first-type semiconductor layer. The second-type semiconductor layer is disposed on the insulation layer. The first conductive layer is disposed between the first substrate and the sensing element, and the first conductive layer contacts with and electrically connected to the first-type semiconductor layer. The second conductive layer is disposed on the sensing element, and the second conductive layer contacts with and electrically connected to the second-type semiconductor layer.
