A fan frame body structure includes a first frame body. The first frame body has a first upper end, a first lower end, a first frame wall and a first main flow way. The first main flow way passes through the first frame body and is formed with a first main inlet and a first main outlet respectively at the first upper end and the first lower end. A first subsidiary flow way is disposed in the first frame wall. The first subsidiary flow way is in parallel the first main flow way. The first subsidiary outlet is positioned at the first upper end of the first frame body in flush with and in adjacency to the first main inlet.

Fan frame body structure

A series fan includes a first fan and a second fan. The first fan includes a first frame body with a wind incoming side and a connection side at two sides, a first dynamic blade impeller and a first shaft seat. The first dynamic blade impeller is pivotally disposed on the first shaft seat and has first dynamic blades. The second fan includes a second frame body, a second dynamic blade impeller and a second shaft seat. Two sides of the second frame body are formed with a wind outgoing side and a mating side mated with the connection side in communication therewith. The second dynamic blade impeller is pivotally disposed on the second shaft seat and has second dynamic blades. At least one connected section of the second dynamic blade is integrally connected with at least one connection section of the first dynamic blade to form a driving blade.

A fan backflow prevention structure includes a frame body, a first static blade assembly and a second static blade assembly. The frame body has a peripheral wall. Two end edges of the peripheral wall are respectively formed as an air inlet and as an air outlet. A base seat is correspondingly disposed at the air outlet. The first static blade assembly extends outward from the base seat and includes multiple static blade sections. Two ends of each static blade section are respectively connected with the base seat and the peripheral wall. The second static blade assembly is disposed at the air outlet and rotatably coupled to the base seat. The second static blade assembly has a connecting section and multiple stop sections extending outward from the connecting section.

Fan backflow prevention structure

The present invention relates to a bearing structure with a close fit, which comprises a fan frame having a base and a shaft sleeve disposed vertically. The shaft sleeve has a receiving space in which a bearing set is disposed. At least one external ring is sleeved around the outer perimeter of the shaft sleeve and is disposed corresponding to the bearing set. Therefore, by means of the external ring, the close fit between the shaft sleeve and the bearing set is improved, which increases the assembly precision.

A series fan includes a first fan and a second fan. The first fan has a first frame, a second frame and a first flow passage. The second fan has a third frame, a fourth frame and a second flow passage. A first static blade is disposed at the first frame, while a second static blade is disposed at the fourth frame. A first dynamic blade assembly is disposed in the first flow passage, while a second dynamic blade assembly is disposed in the second flow passage. The second frame is assembled with the third frame. The first and second static blades serve to enhance the support strength and protection effect for the series fan. In addition, the first and second dynamic blade assemblies can be designed with an increased aerodynamic volume.

An integrated system of circuits for serial fan structure includes a first and a second fan connected back to back. A first driving unit and a first control unit for the first fan and a second driving unit and a second control unit for the second fan are sequentially electrically connected to a circuit board in the second fan. Further, a first coil assembly of the first fan and a second coil assemble of the second fan are also electrically connected to the circuit board in the second fan; and some low-use-rate electronic circuits are included in a common circuit unit of the first and the second fan. Therefore, the serial fan structure can save one circuit board and some low-use-rate electronic circuits from the first fan to achieve the purpose of reducing the manufacturing cost of the serial fan structure.

A motor bearing heat dissipation structure includes a metal base, a heat conducting element connected to the metal base and including a wall portion and an extended portion, and a plastic bearing cup located around an outer side of the wall portion of the heat conducting element and fixed to the metal base. The plastic bearing cup internally defines a bearing receiving hole. The extended portion is horizontally extended from an upper end of the wall portion toward a center of the plastic bearing cup. A bearing is received in the bearing receiving hole and seated on the extended portion, so that heat produced by the bearing when it rotates along with a rotary shaft of a motor is transferred from the extended portion of the heat conducting element to the metal base for dissipation. A fan using such motor bearing heat dissipation structure is also disclosed.

Fan and motor bearing heat dissipation structure thereof

A bearing retaining structure includes a base, a stator assembly and a bearing. The base has a bearing cup projected from one side thereof, and the bearing cup internally defines a receiving space and has a fixed end connected to the base and an opposite free end. The bearing is disposed in the receiving space of the bearing cup. The stator assembly has an axially extended central opening and a retaining portion radially inward protruded from an inner wall surface of the central opening. The stator assembly is externally mounted around the bearing cup with the retaining portion tightly fitted around the free end of the bearing cup to narrow the receiving space, so that an inner wall surface of the receiving space is in tight contact with an outer wall surface of the bearing, and the bearing is stably retained in the bearing cup.

Bearing retaining structure

A bearing cooling structure includes a metal base seat and a plastic bearing cup. The metal base seat has a raised section and an extension section. The plastic bearing cup encloses the raised section and has an inner circumference defining a bearing hole. The extension section horizontally extends from the raised section toward a center of the plastic bearing cup. The extension section has a free end and an upper surface positioned in the bearing hole. A bearing is received in the bearing hole and disposed on the extension section. A bottom face of the bearing is in contact with the upper surface of the extension section. Accordingly, the heat of the bearing can be transferred (conducted) through the extension section to the metal base seat to be dissipated. A fan with the bearing cooling structure is also disclosed.

Fan and bearing cooling structure thereof

A fan impeller structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The fan impeller structure includes a base seat, multiple blades and a ring member. Each blade has a main body made of plastic material and at least one fixing member made of metal material. The base seat and the ring member are made of metal material. The base seat and the ring member are respectively disposed on two sides of the blades. By means of the manufacturing method, the blades can be diversified and the universality of the blades is greatly increased to lower the manufacturing cost.

Fan impeller structure and manufacturing method thereof

A fan bearing retaining structure includes a base and a ring member. The base has a bearing cup projected from one side thereof, and the bearing cup internally defines an axial bore for receiving a bearing therein. The ring member is fitted around an outer side of the bearing cup and defines an opening, such that an inner side of the opening tightly contacts with the outer side of the bearing cup to apply a radially inward compression toward the axial bore. With these arrangements, a portion of the axial bore corresponding to the ring member fitted around the bearing cup has a reduced inner diameter to thereby effectively retain the bearing in the bearing cup, enabling a fan to be manufactured at reduced cost.

Fan bearing retaining structure

A fan impeller structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The fan impeller structure includes a hub and multiple securing sections. The hub has a top section, an annular section and multiple recesses. The annular section axially extends from a circumference of the top section. The annular section and the top section together define a receiving space. The recesses are formed at a junction between the top section and the annular section. The securing sections are disposed in the receiving space and formed oppositely between the recesses. The manufacturing method of the fan impeller structure enables the manufacturing process to be simplified. Moreover, by using the securing sections, magnetic members can be quickly connected with and secured to inner circumference of the hub to save working time.

A fan impeller structure includes an annular body. The annular body has a top section and a receiving space. At least one first bending section is formed between the top section and the annular body. At least one recess is formed at the first bending section. At least one flow guide hole is formed between the first bending section and the recess in communication with the receiving space. In operation, the airflow conducted into the receiving space is increased. Moreover, no matter whether the fan impeller structure is clockwise rotated or counterclockwise rotated, the airflow can be conducted into the receiving space through the flow guide hole. Accordingly, the heat dissipation effect will not be affected by the rotational direction of the fan impeller structure.
