Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network node, an indication of a relaxation criterion associated with one or more reference signals used in performing at least one of radio link monitoring (RLM) or beam failure detection (BFD), wherein the relaxation criterion includes a mobility condition associated with the UE. The UE may perform, based at least in part on satisfying the mobility condition, one or more measurements using one or more of the reference signals and based at least in part on the relaxation criterion. A method of wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a first collision report (s), each first collision report indicating at least one first monitored subset of sidelink resources that were monitored by a remote sidelink UE. The method also includes transmitting a second collision report indicating allocation collisions detected by the UE on a second monitored subset(s) of sidelink resources. Each of the second monitored subset(s) of sidelink resources differing from each of the first monitored subset(s) of sidelink resources indicated in the received first collision report(s). The second collision report further comprising an indication of each of the second monitored subset(s) of sidelink resources.

Coordinated and distributed collision reporting in cellular vehicle-to-everything (CV2X) networks

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive an indication that the UE is to perform radio resource management (RRM) measurements at a first periodicity. The UE may identify an RRM measurement relaxation grouping to which the UE belongs based on at least one of a mobility of the UE or a location of the UE within a cell, such as whether the UE is near a cell-edge, or whether the UE is stationary or moving in accordance with low-mobility, or a combination thereof. The UE may determine a first relaxation parameter from a plurality of relaxation parameters based on measurement relaxation criterion associated with the cell, where the plurality of relaxation parameters may be associated with the RRM measurement relaxation grouping. The UE may perform the RRM measurements at a second periodicity that is based on the first relaxation parameter.

Techniques for performing measurement relaxation

A method includes cellular vehicle-to-everything (CV2X) allocation collision detection and reporting. An allocation collision detection module detects control channel allocations from transmitting user equipments (UEs) in each time period of a group of time periods. A quantity of detected control channel allocations is determined in each time period. A report is then built and transmitted to at least one of the transmitting UEs. The report indicates collisions in each time period, based on the quantity and a location of the detected control channels in each time period, as well as based on a type of UE interface.

Cellular vehicle-to-everything allocation collision detection

A base station maps code blocks of a transport block of a transport block size (TBS) for a channel using tone-level interleaving or resource element (RE)-level interleaving. Then, the base station can transmit the code blocks of the transport block of the TBS for the channel. A UE may receive the channel from the base station and de-interleave the received tones of the channel in a frequency domain to obtain the code blocks of the transport block having the TBS for the channel.

The wireless device may receive a configuration for a resource pool for sidelink communication, the resource pool having a plurality of physical resource blocks (PRBs) including a first set of PRBs that are grouped in one or more sub-channels, each sub-channel having an equal number of PRBs, and a second set of PRBs that are not in the one or more sub-channels having the equal number of PRBs. The apparatus may transmit in the second set of PRBs. The second set of PRBs may not be monitored by a receiving device.

Utilization of additional bandwidth in a sidelink resource pool

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine a set of resources, in a set of physical multicast channel symbols, for receiving a first type of reference signal and a second type of reference signal. Reference signal design for cellular broadcast

A method detecting allocation collisions from transmitting user equipments (UEs) in sidelink channel resources. The colliding allocations are detected and the quantity of allocation collisions is determined. A collision report is transmitted to other sidelink UEs within the coverage zone. The collision report or collision notification provides an indication of sidelink resources having identified colliding allocations. The identified allocation collisions may be pruned to remove potentially intentional collisions before collision report transmission.
