A light source module includes a wiring board and a LED array electrically connected to the wiring board. The LED array can be driven to emit a first group of emission peaks in 300 nm&#x2264;&#x3bb;&#x3c;450 nm, a second group of emission peaks in 450 nm&#x2264;&#x3bb;&#x3c;550 nm, and a third group of emission peaks in 550 nm for matching the spectrum of sunlight underwater. When the maximum peak intensity of the emission peaks in the second group is taken as 1.0, the peak intensity Iof each emission peak in the first group is in a range of 0&#x3c;I&#x2264;0.9, and the peak intensity Iof each emission peak in the third group is in a range of 0&#x3c;I&#x2264;0.9. Accordingly, the light source module is suitable for aquatic species and can enhance growing rate of the aquatic species.

A cancerous lesion identifying method via hyper-spectral imaging technique comprises steps of: acquiring a plurality of first pathology images via an endoscopy, wherein the first pathology images are cancerous lesion images respectively; importing the first pathology images into an image processing module to acquire a plurality of first simulating spectra of the first pathology images so as to generate a principle component score diagram in accordance with the first simulating spectra; defining a plurality of triangle areas in the principle component score diagram in accordance with the first simulating spectra; determining whether a principle component score of a second simulating spectrum of a second pathology image is within any one of the triangle areas; and confirming the second pathology image belongs to one of the cancerous lesion images when the principle component score of the second simulating spectrum is within any one of the triangle areas.

Cancerous lesion identifying method via hyper-spectral imaging technique

In the present invention, copper(I) selenide (CuSe) nanoparticles are fabricated by pyrolysis in an inert atmosphere. Uniformly dispersed CuSe particles are synthesized by altering Cu/Se ratio, the concentration of Se Precursors (TOP Se), reaction time and temperature. Analysis by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) of said Cu2-xSe nanoparticles reveals that the composition of the nanoparticles is Cu 1.95Se, wherein x=0.05. In addition, CuSe is dissolved in ethanol to deposit thin films by electrophoretical deposition (EPD) in an inert atmosphere, wherein a positive electrode and a negative electrode are employed. The positive electrode is made of stainless steel plate and the negative electrode is made of indium tin oxide on a glass substrate. Investigations on properties and surface morphology thereof in different electrophoretical conditions are carried out. The rate of EPD is found to significantly influence the quality of thin films.

Method for making Cu2-xSe nanoparticles and method for making deposited Cu2-xSe thin film by electrophoresis

The zinc oxide nanorod thin film in accordance with the present invention is highly condensed and has ideal photoelectric properties. The method for making the zinc oxide nanorod thin film has two steps: forming a zinc oxide seed layer comprising multiple crystals each having a grain size of 1-100 nm on a basal plate and preparing a zinc oxide nanorod thin film growing solution in which the zinc oxide seed layer is allowed to grow a zinc oxide crystal columnar layer at a growing temperature ranging from 50 to 100&#xb0; C. for a growing time ranging from 0.5 to 10 hours to form a zinc oxide nanorod thin film, wherein the zinc oxide nanorod thin film growing solution is a 0.001-0.1 M aqueous zinc ion solution comprising hexamethylenetetramine.

The tin-doped indium oxide thin film in accordance with the present invention has a tin-doped indium oxide, yttrium ions and europium ions, wherein the yttrium ions are proportional to 0.1-10 mol % of the tin-doped indium oxide while the europium ions proportional to 0.05-5 mol % of the tin-doped indium oxide. The method in accordance with the present invention comprises preparing a tin-doped indium oxide; and doping yttrium ions proportional to 0.1-10 mol % of the tin-doped indium and europium ions proportional to 0.05-5 mol % of the tin-doped indium oxide in the tin-doped indium oxide using a film-manufacturing method.
