A vehicle charging station includes a shroud configured to guide a vehicle charge plug that is lowered from a vehicle toward a charge connector as the vehicle moves toward the charging station. The vehicle charge plug and the charge connector have contacts arranged on a connector face that is generally perpendicular to a surface on which the vehicle charging station rests.

System for hands-free electrified vehicle charging with connector attachment mechanism

A vehicle module system is disclosed. The system includes a track assembly operably coupled with a body of a vehicle. One or more modules may be removably and slidably coupled with the track assembly. The modules include base structure defining an attachment point. A rail feature is disposed along a bottom portion of the base structure. An attachment feature having a retainer for removably coupling to the attachment point to the base structure.

Movable vehicle module system

A vehicle charging system includes a vehicle charge port having a first connector with one or more first magnets and a plurality of first terminals arranged in a first array. A charge station for the vehicle includes a support and a second connector attached to the support by an articulating mechanism that permits movement of the second connector relative to the support. The second connector has one or more second magnets and a plurality of second terminals arranged in a second array that matches the first array so that the first terminals are connectable to the second terminals when the first and second connectors aligned. The first and second magnets are arranged to move the second terminals, via the articulating mechanism, into alignment with first terminals when the first and second connectors are within a magnetic-coupling range.

Vehicle charging system

System for hands-free electrified vehicle charging

An assembly includes a series of support structures. Each of the support structures includes a base, a top plate having a continuous surface area, and a connector coupling the base to the top plate. The connector assumes a compressed position when under load from an object. The support structures that are in an extended position provide a lateral retention force to the object.

Compressible support structures

A vehicular module attachment assembly includes a vehicular cabin module having a peg that includes a foot. A locking device is slidably coupled to the peg. A slot is formed in a cabin floor including first and second grooves configured to retain the foot. The locking device adjusts between an unlocked position, wherein the peg is slidable between the first and second grooves, and a locked position, wherein the peg is retained in the second groove.

Seat and cargo module quick attachment method

A locker configured to store a package is disclosed. The locker includes a storage compartment, a door to the storage compartment, and a securing component attached to the storage compartment. The securing component actuates between a secured position and an unsecured position.

Delivery locker and assemblies

An electrically-propelled vehicle includes a traction battery and a conductive charging pad disposed beneath the vehicle and electrically coupled to the battery. The charging pad is configured to transfer power from at least one contact extension disposed at a charge station to charge the battery. A height from ground of the charging pad is configured to cause electrical engagement of the contact extension as a result of the vehicle entering a parking space proximate the charge station.

A system includes a support structure that includes a bottom surface and a connector plate pivotably connected to the bottom surface, and a device including a wheel, the device being releaseably connectable to the connector plate.

Configurable transportation structure

A cargo management system includes a support, having a plurality of receivers, a key, including a tongue that may be inserted into one receiver of the plurality of receivers and a locking mechanism releasably securing the key to the support and the tongue in the receiver. A first point of a strap is captured between the tongue and the receiver and extended over the cargo to be transported. A second key is then inserted into a second receiver to secure a second point of the strap and thereby hold the cargo in position on the support.

Cargo management system

A locker configured to store a package is disclosed. The locker includes a plurality of adjustable storage compartments. The locker also includes a door coupled to the locker. The door is configured to actuate between an open position and a closed position to provide access to at least one of the plurality of adjustable storage compartments.

Automated delivery locker and assemblies

An apparatus is provided for distributing indirect lighting and airflow to an individual passenger in a motor vehicle. That apparatus includes a vent body having an air inlet and an air outlet. An air valve is carried on the vent body. The air valve is displaceable between an open position and a closed position. A flexible air guide carried on the vent body is adapted to direct air from the air outlet toward the individual passenger.

Apparatus for providing independently controlled indirect lighting and airstream to an individual passenger of a motor vehicle

An apparatus for shielding an occupant of a motor vehicle from sunlight passing through the side windows of the motor vehicle includes a guideway and a shade. The guideway includes a first open lateral end and a second open lateral end. The shade is displaceable along the guideway between a first use position projecting from the first open lateral end, a second use position projecting form the second open lateral end and an intermediate stowed position. A method of shielding an occupant of a motor vehicle from sunlight passing through a first side window and a second side window is also described.
