An environmental control system of an aircraft with a power turbine includes a heat exchanger and a plenum attached to and in fluid communication with the heat exchanger. The plenum includes a housing with a first inlet fluidly connected to the power turbine, a second inlet fluidly connected to a source of ram air, and an outlet fluidly connected to the heat exchanger.

A coupling includes a body with two ends and a bore. Each end section includes a rotatable connection and a convolution, and there is a bent elbow section between the end sections.

Flexible coupling with rotational capability

A support bracket has a support portion, a first mounting portion, and a second mounting portion. The first mounting portion extends from a first end of the support portion. The second mounting portion extends from a second end of the support portion. The second mounting portion defines a coupling hole that is disposed proximate an end surface of the second mounting portion. A first support rib engages a first surface of the support portion and a third surface of the first mounting portion.
