A beverage container comprises a container body defining an opening and having an interior volume and a 360&#xb0; pour spout assembly removably coupled to the container body. The pour spout assembly comprises an outer plug and an inner plug at least partially received within the outer plug, the outer plug being removably coupled to the container body and the inner plug being vertically displaceable along a longitudinal container body axis and removably coupled to the outer plug.

Body for a cleaning implement

The cleaning implement includes a shaft having an operator end and a cleaning end, a mop head comprising a liquid-absorbent material and a wringing mechanism. The mop head and the wringing mechanism are movable relative to one another between at least a cleaning position and a plurality of wringing positions. The wringing mechanism includes a roller which compresses at least a portion of the liquid-absorbent material to thereby expel liquid therefrom. The plastic roller has a plurality of spaced ribs defining cavities therebetween. The ribs are complementally shaped and dimensioned to allow rolling contact relative to the liquid absorbent material as travel takes place between the cleaning position and a wringing position.

A power tool in accordance with the invention includes a housing having a handle connected to the housing in at least one position and extending about the rear of the housing with first and second end portions positioned at least in part off the sides of the housing such that the handle allows an operator a range of locations about the housing to facilitate an effective two-handed grip to maintain control over the power tool. The power tool may include an actuator, such as a switch, to regulate power supplied to the tool's motor, and may automatically shift to deactivate the power tool when an unintentional impact above a predetermined magnitude is received by the power tool. The power tool may also include a recess for maintaining an accessory tool and may be designed so that it is both statically and dynamically balanced in order to provide a balanced tool both at rest and during operation, and in order to reduce the amount of vibration experienced by an operator during use of the tool.

A power tool in accordance with the invention includes a housing having an internal compartment with a motor therein, a handle connected to the housing for maneuvering the power tool, a working element connected to and driven by the motor to work on a workpiece, and a removable, portable power source having a first position wherein the power source is located primarily in the internal compartment of the housing and being electrically connected to the motor to provide power to the motor for driving the working element and a second position wherein the power source is located remotely from the housing and detached electrically from the motor. A preferred embodiment of the tool also includes a lock associated with the apparatus which has a lock position that prevents the removable, portable power source from unintentionally becoming separated from the power tool, and an unlock position that enables the removable portable power source to be selectively removed from the internal compartment of the housing and separated from the power tool. A preferred embodiment of the power tool includes the use of a rechargeable, removable, portable power source and an electrical connector which allows the power tool to be powered by an alternate power source located externally of the power tool.

A cleaning implement is provided. The cleaning implement includes a liquid delivery system for providing a cleaning liquid to a surface to be cleaned having a canister for storing a liquid, an electrical motor driving a pump, and a voltage source for engerizing the electric motor. A support head is pivotally attached to the handle for releasably receiving a cleaning sheet. The handle includes a switch and is formed from a plurality of handle sections. Each handle section has at least one electrical connector which is electrically connected with an electrical connector of an adjacent handle section so that the switch can activate the electrical motor. The support head can be configured to allow visual inspection of the cleaning sheet through the support head during use. The canister is provided with plurality of side walls and vent valve having a cracking pressure of at least about 0.6 Kpa, wherein the canister is substantially in the form of a parallelogram in a plan view cross section and wherein one or more of the side walls has a plurality of grooves.
