The present invention provides cyclic depsipeptides of Formula (1), stereoisomers thereof, and veterinary acceptable salts thereof wherein each of R, R, R, R, L, and L, are as defined herein. The present invention also contemplates compositions and methods of treatment as an endoparasiticide with a Formula (1) compound.

The present invention provides Formula (1) compounds that are gamma-carbolines, Formula (1) wherein R1, R1, R1, R1, R2, R3, and '-' are as defined herein; veterinary acceptable salts thereof, and stereoisomers thereof, which act as parasiticides, in particular, endoparasiticides.
