Data regarding a movement being performed by a subject during an activity is obtained from wearable apparel, having one or more sensors, worn by the subject. Based at least in part on the data obtained by the wearable apparel, it is automatically detected that the movement has a potential of causing injury to the subject. Based on automatically detecting that the motion has the potential of causing injury to the subject, application of one or more physical stimuli is initiated to cause the subject to adjust the movement to prevent the injury.

A method for using a system which enables a party to provide an in-call message to another party in an ongoing call includes receiving a first signal indicating that a first party in a call is inactive. The method further includes indicating to a second party in the call that the first party in the call is inactive. The method further includes receiving a recorded message from the second party in the call. The method further includes receiving a second signal indicating that the first party in the call is active. The method further includes providing, in response to receiving the second signal, the recorded message to the first party.

Described herein are systems, devices, methods, computer-readable media, techniques, and methodologies for object retrieval and delivery using an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) such as a drone. The UAV receives user input from a user such as audial input and processes the input to determine a user command. The user command can be a command to retrieve an object that is out of reach of the user. The UAV scans the environment capturing image data using on-board sensors. The image data can be fed to a neural network trained in object detection to identify the object in the environment. Once identified, the UAV can then navigate to the object, retrieve the object, and deliver the object to a target individual or location such as a location adjacent to the user.

Provided are systems, methods, and media for real-time alteration of underwater images. An example method includes receiving an image that is captured by a wearable electronic device of a user while submerged in water, in which the wearable electronic device of the user includes one or more display screens and one or more sensors, and in which the one or more sensors include one or more cameras that are configured to capture the image. The method includes adjusting the image based, at least in part, on one or more environmental factors of the water, in which the adjusting of the image includes adjusting colors of the image to compensate for changes in color while submerged in the water. The method includes causing the wearable electronic device to display the adjusted image to the user while submerged in water via the one or more display screens.

A method includes capturing, by a camera, two-dimensional imagery. The method also includes determining, by a positioning sensor, a viewing perspective of a viewer of the two-dimensional imagery. The method also includes generating at least a first imagery based at least on the captured two-dimensional imagery and the determined viewing perspective. The method also includes displaying a three-dimensional representation of the two-dimensional imagery to the viewer. The displaying the three-dimensional representation includes displaying dual imagery, and the dual imagery includes the first imagery.

An event is identified that triggers detachment of the detachable drone from the moving vessel. The detachable drone is detached from the moving vessel. In response to the detachable drone receiving a request for the data, data collected from monitoring the moving vessel is delivered.

Controlling release of earthquake energy, in one aspect, may include a controller device injecting fluid into bore holes at dynamically regulated levels to cause controlled seismic events. The bore holes are placed along a fault line with a potential for hazardous earthquakes, and installed with sensors and fluid flow controls communicating with the controller device. The seismic events caused by injecting the fluid are monitored via the sensors. Based on the monitoring, the injecting of the fluid to one or more of the bore holes may be regulated dynamically to control the sizes of the seismic events along the fault line.

A device movement with a device sensitivity controlled by a user movement is monitored for a change in rate of movement or direction. The sensitivity of the device is controlled based on the change.
