In accordance with this technique, a set of encoded guidelines are executed to identify information that may be used to generate patient management options. The information is acquired, if available. Based on the encoded guidelines and the acquired information, a set of patient management options are generated and provided to one or more reviewers for review and selection of a patient management option.

Method and system for supporting clinical decision-making

A technique is provided for viewing image data via a user interface. The technique includes displaying two or more selectable tabs and displaying a corresponding analysis for a selected tab. Each tab corresponds to an analysis of a set of radiological images and the corresponding analysis comprises one or more identified features. The technique also includes displaying a corresponding image for a selected feature such that the selected feature is visually indicated on the corresponding image.

In one aspect, the present invention is a web-based system that facilitates rapid and reliable documenting, cataloging, and distributing of proven error proofing techniques. More specifically, and in an exemplary embodiment, a system includes a plurality of clients coupled to a web-based server. A computer network, such as the World Wide Web, is used to convey a request to a computer that has access to the decision tree for a recommended sequence of steps. The request includes any information that is needed by the decision tree to determine the recommended sequence of steps. In response to the request, the computer uses the information in the request and the decision tree to produce the recommended sequence of steps. The recommended sequence of steps is then directed over the network to the user.

A method for automatically generating an ultrasonic inspection plan for parts to be inspected includes collecting data relating to the ultrasonic inspection planning by displaying an input screen that prompts a user to input the pertinent data. A tool for carrying out this method can be implemented on any computer-readable medium.

System and method for monitoring and controlling the production of audio and video streams

A process optimization system and method uses a computer network, particularly the Internet, to standardize a process performed at a number of geographically separated locations while assuring optimal use of available process technology. The system includes at least one central server computer system and at least one client-user computer station at each location. Data relating to the process is inputted into the server computer system using any one of the client-user computer stations. The server computer system the uses the data to determine an optimal approach to the process and displays the optimal approach on the client-user computer station used to input the data.
