An automated damage severity assessment system and method is disclosed. The present system scans and assesses roof damage, and generates a damage severity report without the oversight of a roof inspector. The system comprises a central database of reference images and data that is constantly reviewed and updated to ensure accuracy of the reports, and aims to reduce the errors and waste inherent in the current methods.

A vehicle handlebar heating system and method are provided, including a handlebar assembly having a hollow handlebar member defining an internal cavity, and a fluid heating system for circulating heated fluid through the hollow internal cavity. The handlebar member generally includes a central mounting portion, and first and second end portions extending from the central mounting portion. The handlebar assembly further includes a fluid inlet port and a fluid outlet port formed through the handlebar member. The fluid inlet port and the fluid outlet port are in fluid communication with the first cavity section and the second cavity section of the internal cavity. A fluid passageway is provided from the fluid inlet port to the fluid outlet port via the first and second cavity sections.

Implementations are disclosed herein that relate to a nitrous oxide (NOS) injection system. An example provides an engine control unit (ECU) comprising a logic machine and a storage machine holding instructions executable by the logic machine to selectively enable NOS injection from a NOS reservoir into an engine based on engine temperature, operational transmission gear ratio, barometric pressure, NOS reservoir pressure, engine speed, and intake throttle position.

This invention is directed to a facial tissue dispensing system which is a portable, flexible pack for dispensing large tissues. The portable, flexible pack container is thin yet contains regular-sized or large-sized tissues for cleaning in the alternative to paper towels or rags. Before being placed into the container, each of the tissues is first reversibly folded three times onto itself to decrease the size of the tissue in first or lateral dimension and is second reversibly folded onto itself at least one time to decrease the size of the tissue in a second or longitudinal dimension, which is generally perpendicular to the first dimension. The tissues are folded such that they unfold as they pass through the tissue dispensing opening of the container. The tissue dispensing opening may be covered by a resealable closure flap. In this manner, tissues are kept from the environment to keep them clean and dry. This invention is also directed to a container for containing and dispensing the portable, flexible packs.
