An instrumentation set for preparing a proximal tibia during a bi-cruciate retaining procedure can include a tibial resection block and a stylus. The tibial resection block can be configured to be fixed to an anterior portion of the proximal tibia. The tibial resection block can define a slot that extends in a medial-lateral direction when the tibial resection block is fixed to the proximal tibia. The stylus can have a first block attachment feature and a second block attachment feature. The first block attachment feature can be offset from the stylus a first distance. The second block attachment feature can be offset from the stylus a second distance. The first and second block attachment features of the stylus can be selectively and alternatively received by the slot of the tibial resection block to position the stylus at distinct offset locations relative to the slot.

An acetabular prosthesis is described that includes a shell having an outer surface and an inner surface, the outer surface defining an external shape. There is at least one through bore extending from the outer surface of the shell to the inner surface of the shell. At least one augment is configured to be positioned at least partially within the at least one through bore of the shell such that, in an assembled state, the shell and the at least one augment define a modified external shape.

A knee prosthesis assembly can comprise a patella prosthesis adapted to be secured to a natural patella portion having an anterior surface and a posterior surface. An articulating portion can have a posteriorly facing portion and an anteriorly facing portion. The posteriorly facing portion can have a spherical articular surface. A porous portion can have a first portion that engages the anteriorly facing portion and a second portion that engages the natural patella portion. A fastener can pass entirely through a passage formed at a centermost portion of the natural patella portion from the anterior surface to the posterior surface and into a bore defined in the centermost portion of the porous portion to securably engage the porous portion.

Revision patella prosthesis

A prosthesis for replacing an articulating portion of bone is provided. The prosthesis can include an adaptor operable to replace a portion of the bone. The prosthesis can further include a sleeve coupled to the adaptor. The sleeve can define an offset coupling axis. The prosthesis can also include an articulating portion operable to replace the articulating portion of the bone. The sleeve can be positionable to couple the articulating portion to the offset coupling axis at a predetermined orientation.
