A status display, in particular for use on the wheel suspension of a vehicle, includes a first reference unit and a second reference unit, wherein the first and the second reference unit are mounted or fastened to one another via a holding unit, wherein the first reference unit has a first reference geometry, wherein the second reference unit has a second reference geometry, the position of the first reference geometry relative to the second reference geometry being able to be determined optically or haptically by a user, at least in a wear condition of the holding unit.

Status display

Axle system for use in utility vehicles includes a suspension arm and a clamping unit, wherein the clamping unit has a base element and a clamping element, wherein the base element is substantially arranged on a first side and the clamping element on the second side of the suspension arm lying opposite the first side, wherein the base element is configured to be secured to an axle element, and wherein a tensile element is configured to apply a tensile force between the clamping element and the base element, such that the suspension arm is held by force fit between the clamping element and the base element.

An axle unit, includes a control arm and a clamping unit that surround a tube region, wherein a first side of the control arm faces away from the tube region, and a second side of the control arm forms a boundary face on the control-arm side of the tube region, wherein the clamping unit can be brought into supporting abutment with the first side of the control arm and has a boundary face on the clamp side, which face defines the tube region, wherein the clamping unit has a first and second clamping parts each having a wedge portion, wherein the wedge portions are formed in such a way that a displacement of the clamping parts substantially in parallel with a clamping axis toward one another results in a narrowing of the tube region transversely to the clamping axis.
