A wipes container adapted to be set on a flat surface includes a dispenser housing defining a top and bottom walls, first and second side walls, and first and second end walls. The top wall includes a dispensing orifice. A plurality of wipes is disposed within an interior space. The first end wall has a first slip-resistant periphery and the second end wall has a second slip-resistant periphery. Each slip-resistant periphery includes thermoplastic elastomer material. The thermoplastic elastomer material is disposed along each periphery such that thermoplastic elastomer material contacts an underlying flat surface whether the container is position on its bottom, on a side, or on an end.

A container of stacked moist wipes includes a dispenser housing. The housing defines top and bottom walls, first and second side walls, and first and second end walls. The walls collectively define an interior space, and the first end wall can be removed to provide access to the interior space via a refill orifice. The top wall includes a dispensing orifice through which wipes are extracted. A refill direction is generally perpendicular to a dispensing direction. In particular embodiments, the dispensing orifice is covered by a lid assembly. In certain embodiment, the first end wall includes a removable cap that has no permanent connection to the top wall, bottom wall, first side wall, or second side wall. In certain embodiments, the top wall, the bottom wall, the first side wall, the second side wall, and a permanent layer of the second end wall are integrally molded with each other.

A container for wipes includes a dispenser housing. The housing defines top and bottom walls, first and second side walls, and first and second end walls. The walls collectively define an interior space. The top wall includes a dispensing orifice which is covered by a lid assembly. The lid assembly includes a ring and a flip top. The ring is permanently affixed to the top wall, and the flip top is hingedly connected to the ring. The ring has an upper portion and a buffering flange. The upper portion generally extends along the dispensing orifice perimeter. In one embodiment, the buffering flange protrudes from the upper portion into the interior space, and a height of the buffering flange is greater than a thickness of the top wall. In another embodiment, the buffering flange protrudes from the upper portion into the interior space past the inner surface of the top wall.

A dispenser is disclosed which is capable of dispensing articles from two locations. The dispenser includes first and second members pivotally connected together by a first hinge to form a first entrance into the dispenser. The first and second members are capable of housing a plurality of wet or dry, sheet-like articles. The first entrance provides reach-in access wherein multiple sheet-like articles can be withdrawn at one time. The second member also has a second entrance formed therein from which the sheet-like articles can be individually withdrawn. The dispenser further includes a third member secured to the first member by a hinge that is coaxially aligned with the first hinge. The third member is capable of pivoting on its hinge to cover the second entrance.

A dispenser is disclosed which can house a plurality of folded wet wipes, each having a width. The dispenser includes first and second members pivotally connected together to form an enclosed dispenser having a transverse axis. The first and second members are formed from a semi-rigid material. The dispenser has a height of about 2.5 inches or less and has a top wall with an entrance formed therein. The entrance has a surface area of from between about 15 cmto about 95 cm. The folded wet wipes having a normalized separation force between two adjacent sheets of less than about 65 g/cm. The entrance also has a dimension measured along the transverse axis that when divided by the width of one of the folded wet wipes is at least about 0.7.
