Acceleration data is received for each of a plurality of times t. . . t, from one or more components in a host vehicle. A traffic jam assist (TJA) system is based on the acceleration data, thereby actuating one or more of steering, braking, and propulsion.

Enhanced traffic jam assist

A vehicle includes a vehicle frame and a suspension arm. A bushing is connected to the suspension arm. A lever extends through the bushing. A fastener is fastened to the lever and the vehicle frame. When the lever is impacted by a rigid barrier of a small-offset rigid-barrier (SORB) frontal impact test, the lever breaks the fastener and allows the lever, the bushing, and the suspension arm to release from the vehicle frame.

Suspension system including releasable connection

A system includes a computer including a processor and a memory, the memory storing instructions executable by the processor to determine a vehicle ride height, determine an angle of a display projector in a vehicle instrument panel based on the ride height, and actuate a motor to move the display projector to the projector angle.

Methods, apparatus, and systems for automotive drive mode operation are disclosed. A disclosed method includes receiving information relating to a condition of a vehicle from a vehicle sensor module, comparing the information to a drive mode threshold, and selecting a drive mode change based on the information satisfying the drive mode threshold. The disclosed method also includes sending the drive mode change to a first vehicle operation module, the first vehicle operation module operating at least one other vehicle operation module to adjust vehicle operation based on the drive mode change.

Methods and apparatus for automotive drive mode selection

A vehicle includes a frame, a suspension arm, and a fastener. The fastener includes a flange and a shaft extending from the flange. The shaft engages the frame and the extension arm. A washer is on the shaft. The washer has a first surface facing the frame and a second surface facing the flange. The washer has a thickness from the first surface to the second surface, and the thickness tapers.

Adjustable brake apparatus for use with vehicles are disclosed herein. An example apparatus includes a brake lever to control braking of a vehicle and a handle coupled to the brake lever. The handle rotates relative to the brake lever between a first position and a second position. The handle locks in the first position and the second position to enable actuation of the brake lever by a force applied to the handle in either the first position or the second position.
