According to an aspect there is provided an ambient commerce system. The ambient commerce system may include a sensor at an ambient commerce premises. The ambient commerce system may further include a processor coupled to the sensor and a memory coupled to the processor. The memory may store processor-executable instructions which, when executed, cause the processor to: detect, based on an output of the sensor at the ambient commerce premises, engagement of an entity with a first item satisfying first predetermined criteria; identify the entity; determine based on account data for the identified entity, a resource parameter for the identified entity; and when the resource parameter satisfies second predetermined criteria, generate a notification on an electronic device associated with the entity. Identifying the entity may include image recognition, such as facial recognition.

Enabling feature based on a sensed condition at ambient commerce premises

An apparatus may receive a message characterizing a real-time payment requested by a first counterparty from a second counterparty, and associated with a first product provisioned to the second counterparty by the first counterparty. The apparatus may determine that a second product is available to the second counterparty based on the message using a machine learning or artificial intelligence process. The apparatus may transmit notification data to a device operable by the second counterparty. The notification data includes product data characterizing the second product, and causes an application program executed at the device to present at least a portion of the product data within a digital interface. The apparatus receives a response to the notification data from the device and, based on the response, provisions the second product to the second counterparty.

Real-time provisioning of targeted, alternative product information based on structured messaging data

A method may include: sending a first signal representing a message identifying an entity from a server computer system to a resource usage tracking server; in response to the message, receiving, from the resource usage tracking server, a second signal representing historical resource usage data for the entity; identifying a first data transfer recipient associated with the historical resource usage data for the entity by using a database of supported data transfer recipients; sending a third signal, the third signal causing a client device associated with the entity to display a selectable option for data transfer to the identified first data transfer recipient; receiving a fourth signal, the fourth signal indicating selection of the selectable option for data transfer to the identified first data transfer recipient; and in response to receiving the fourth signal, configuring an account associated with the entity based on the first data transfer recipient.

For example, an apparatus may receive elements of decomposed message data that include a first parameter value of a data exchange involving first and second counterparties, and that characterize a real-time payment requested from the second counterparty by the first counterparty. The apparatus may transmit a notification to a first device operable by the second counterparty and receive a response to the notification from the first device that includes a second parameter value of the data exchange. Based on at least the first and second parameter values, the apparatus may perform operations that reconcile the response with the elements of decomposed message data, and transmitting data indicative of an outcome of the reconciliation to a second device operable by the first counterparty for presentation within a digital interface.

The computer system include a memory coupled to the processor storing instructions that, when executed by the computer system, cause the computer system to: receive, from an automated teller machine (ATM) and via the communications module, an indication of a deposit of a value instrument; save, in the memory, a retention instruction including an associated temporal period, the retention instruction preventing withdrawal of value instruments corresponding to an amount of the deposit; receive, via the communications module, an instruction to process a data transfer to a recipient, the data transfer to the recipient accessing at least a portion of the deposit; and process the data transfer to the recipient during the temporal period using at least a portion of the deposit.

The method includes: receiving transfer parameters associated with a request for a first transfer of resources, the transfer parameters including an identifier of a designated transferor associated with the first transfer; determining that the transferor is eligible to access at least one protected data source based on the transfer parameters; generating a request message for the request including reference data for accessing the at least one protected data source; and providing, to a computing device associated with the transferor, the request message.

Methods and devices are provided for executing a data transfer based on one or more data transfer definitions. A signal representing a data transfer request is received from a first computing device. The data transfer request includes at least an identifier defining what is requested to be transferred. A notification of the data transfer request is sent to a second computing device. For example, an apparatus may receive a RFP message that includes message data associated with a transaction involving first and second counterparties, and the RFP message may characterize a real-time payment requested from the second counterparty by the first counterparty. The apparatus may determine a geographic position of the first counterparty based the message data, and based on the first geographic position, transmit notification data to a device operable by the second counterparty. The notification data may cause the device to present digital content associated with at least one of the transaction, the first counterparty, or the second counterparty within a digital interface.

Systems and methods of determining whether to initiate a pull of an accumulated data transfer amount are described. An accumulated data transfer amount for a periodic data transfer scheduled to be pushed at a future date is determined. A determination is made of whether an overall data amount in a storage location is expected to be greater at a date on or after the scheduled future date if a pull of the accumulated data transfer amount is performed before the scheduled future date than if a pull operation is not performed and the accumulated data transfer amount is sent at the scheduled future date. When the overall data amount in the storage location is expected to be greater at the scheduled future date if the pull of the accumulated data transfer amount is performed, a pull of the accumulated data transfer amount is initiated.

The memory stores instructions that, when executed, configure the processor to: receive, from a client device, an authentication credential and associate the authentication credential with a client record. The processor identifies, based on delegated access to query a message account at a message server, a resource request message associated with the message account using a defined criteria. The processor obtains, based on the resource request message, a resource parameter to define a proposed resource transfer to a recipient entity. The processor generates and transmits, to the client device, a transfer request alert based on the proposed resource transfer for display at the client device. In response to receiving, from the client device, a selection of a selectable option, the processor allocates a resource to the recipient entity.
